Joe was super flexible with our schedule and handled the fixes quickly and easily. I would give it four stars because this Local HVAC & Furnace repair Company was a bit expensive!!! But overall system including the tech was incredible.
Although they are always busy, they are transparent and communicative. The professionalism and thorough communication is what stood out to me in terms of my experience with this company.
Once again Duncan Heating And Cooling responded quickly to our request for service — just 2 hours on this frigid day. Joe took very little time to diagnose and fix our furnace issue with no talk of upgrading. We appreciate their honesty.
Duncan Heating And Cooling is an honest, reliable company. I had them install an entire new system for heating and cooling of the upper level of our house a couple of years ago. They arrived on time, completed the job with no mess left behind, and the system performance was better than anticipated. I would highly recommend them!
Most recently Duncan went out of his way to be at one of my houses within an hour notice. He was so helpful in getting our system up and running again during the awful heat. He did a great job figuring out the problem with the AC, explaining things to me, and fixing the problem. He was so nice and answered all our questions! Our many thanks!! Will never use anyone else.
