Have been with company since 2008. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, cost effective. Have done maintenance and repairs. Never disappointed. Get what I pay for.
The technician that came out to service our ac was super friendly, answered all of my questions, and explained everything very well. It was easy to make an appointment and they got me in the next day. Highly recommend Lone star Air Systems.

My A/C stopped working suddently last week ,I was able to get a quick appointment for the technician to check on it. He was polite and professional, did a throught inspection and gave me good advice to maintain the system . The price was also very fair, definitely recommend them.

Ray was able to come three hours early at 10:30am. By 3:30 I was enjoying cool air from a new outside unit. It was clear the old unit needed to be replaced, fortunately it was March and not Summer. I had shopped and was a good price. Jorge also did a great job with the installation. Thanks Lonestar.
Rudy was excellent. He did my regular maintenance on AC and replaced sensors. I would highly recommend him for your AC or furnace technician.

if I could give 0 stars I would! My appointment time was 8am-12pm and no one arrived until after 3pm (no one ever called or texted to say anything had changed)! I called them around 2:30pm to see what happened, I was then informed that the guys had a house before mine and had gone over the allotted time (which I don't believe). So 6hrs full hours passed and no one could call or text? Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. And if that wasn't enough, I was also informed that the team was 23min away at the time of my call! its the audacity for me! No one asked if It was still ok for them to come out, they were just coming! Also upon arrival they rushed me to let them in, calling the office to have them call me to tell me they were outside but no one had that same energy to call me with a heads up of them being late (2hrs late)! These people do not care about their customers, they're only in business for a check and it shows!
Raymond and his expert team were very professional, found and solved the unique issue with my HVAC system. Very grateful and can now live in a comfortable home.
My A/C and heater stopped working out of nowhere. I called while at work at 8pm on a SATURDAY! The customer service lady said a technician will reach out. I figured they may call the next day, or even on Monday morning, but no. The technician, Raymond, called MINUTES later, came to my house same night and fixed it!! I could not be happier with this service all throughout. Phenomenal!!!
Great service. The technician knew his job and was able to fix the mess made by the previous repairman who was with another company. Awesome. Highly recommend.
We purchased a new build with units installed by this company. The furnace failed in under 3 years. The heat exchanger cracked. Labor is not covered under our Carrier warranty. Lone star offered zero assistance and asked for $100 just to look at the failed unit. I am replacing with another unit with another company that doesn’t charge customers a service fee too look at their failure.
This company is more interested in $100 trip fees than providing reasonable service. $100 trip fee before you come out is ridiculous. Avoid if you can.
Ramon’s is awesome!! It was Friday Evening and he returned my call quickly! Today is my birthday and he saved my party! We are all so grateful for this man!
