Our A/C unit had gone out in the evening and was immediately contacted and set an appointment the following morning. They were in constant contact with us and had it up and running right away, will definitely recommend to others.

Very responsive; came next morning and got my house cooled. Tech was very knowledgeable. They replaced the evaporator coil and then sent a Tech to check out the work and make sure it was all done correctly. I would recommend to anyone needing A/C services.

My AC went out today. Called them around noon. They were at my house by 4:30pm same day to assess the issue. Turns out everything was fine and just paid a diagnostic fee. AC working great again. Even though everything was fine and they didn't need to fix anything, will definitely use them again because of how responsive they were especially during a busy time in Houston due to the heat wave.
They were very efficient and great work. I would recommend them again.

RJ was awesome! He came and checked out my dryer vent situation, gave me a quote quickly and easily and then was back in no time with Pops to get it installed They're a kind, friendly and professional throughout the entire process and totally saved the day!

Bill Fortner, the owner, and his team (RJ, Chord, Shawn, Hollis, J) are always wonderful. I have used Blue Label Services since last 3 years and they have repaired and replaced both my HVAC units. They were always professional and really good at their job. Bill is very transparent and upfront on things. I love engaging them to serve my HVAC system. I also take their membership, which is completely worth it as they keep you on their calendars and connect at the right times and since HVAC systems are a huge expanse, having them look at it periodically is a great way to maintain them.
