Guillermo at GSM has completed several major repairs for me. John Moore gave me a ridiculous estimate for work that didn't even need doing. GSM fixed it right for a FRACTION of the cost. Every time I have called for service they are prompt and come within a day or so. They fix it right. Trustworthy, great company for all HVAC needs. I refuse to use ANY one else ! Thanks Guillermo ! Called in by 9:00AM in the morning, they show up same day, fixed everything quickly and explained everything with details.
We called Mr. Gilmore for a quick AC check and he was able to come out the very next day (thank goodness). He and his team were very professional, efficient, and timely. They fixed our problem and we WILL see use his again when we need him. Thanks Gilmore!

I gave them top ratings for these reasons: our conditioner went out yesterday they came. They found the issue it needed to be replaced. And they were here at 8 AM this morning. They were courteous and polite and efficient and the price was excellent. I would have them again or highly recommend them to anybody.

Ac was not pushing out cold air and house was over 100 degrees inside . Call around and couldn't get anyone to come out someday but fortunately GSM A/C pick up my phone call and came right away and fix the problem. Would of had to book a hotel if it wasn't for them . Thank You so much GSM A/C!
ALWAYS provides great service and fast. Never chargers for things you don’t need. I recommend to all my family and friends.

Our A/C stopped working this morning and our house temp was 79. I called them and within 5 minutes received a call back with an ETA. Jose showed up in 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem after a thorough assessment. He was efficient and very helpful. The work is reasonably priced, so we requested a quote for future work. I appreciate a company that doesn't always try to upsell. I highly recommend them.

I have been using GSM for many years. They always try to help me save money and fix my AC and never try to sell me something I don’t need. They are very efficient and aware of being on time. They are always available for communications. All are very nice. I highly recommend if you need AC maintenance or new units.
