I was very impressed with Aire Serv service tech experience and honestly!
Scheduled an appointment on a Sunday, arrived on time Monday and communicated clearly about the process and potential repair options needed.
Roy came to service our AC on a house we just bought as first time homeowners. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and explained everything in detail to us. Made recommendations for repairs that needed done now and what we could wait to do when he comes back in the fall. We did purchase the Advantage Plan which saved us $59! He was also very personable and kind and we enjoyed working with him! Would definitely recommend AireServ!

I made an appointment on short notice and they were very accommodating. The weather was extremely hot on the date of service but they arrived as scheduled. The technician, Giovani, was terrific! Not only did he diagnose the situation at the condenser, he went into the attic, where the temp was 120+ degrees, and fine tuned the air handler. Highly recommend Aire Serve of Katy!
Professional workmanship and excellent customer service! Giovanni took time to explain, in detail, our AC issue and the possible solution options. They were also very reasonable in price. I highly recommend them.
Service plan for my three12 year old heat pumps provides great value. Techs are knowledgeable, personable, and good at explaining things. Service recordkeeping is exceptional and adds to the comfort and trust.
I can’t recommend airserv enough. We had our AC break about 2 years ago and they replaced the entire unit and did a great job. The whole experience was wonderful even though it was 85 inside the house. They even brought over a window unit for the night and day we were getting the new unit installed. However in this heat again, our capacitor went out. They immediately came over the next morning which was great bc every other AC company was saying Friday to Saturday at the earliest. They were so understanding of the predicament we were in. When Giovanni got here, from the start the communication was wonderful and he got right on the job. Immediately he found the issue and fixed in about 10-15 min. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and let us know what was going on and what the issue was and how he fixed it. 5/5 stars for Giovanni alone bc bless his soul for getting our house to be less than 85 degrees in this weather. Incredibly kind and thoughtful all around human being and an even better technician. Even my dog, Mango, loved having him here. The AC thankfully is up and running within the hour and doing great. Honestly if you’re looking into any AC company, which can be difficult to tell which companies are worth the money, I couldn’t recommend airserv and their technicians enough. Any time we have maintenance done as well, they’re always super helpful and overall nice human beings.

**update** I received a call from them. The representative apologized for my experience and said my address was in their service area. I let her know I would be calling them back next month for the maintenance package. I really appreciate that they called back and let me know that they did service my area. *** Don't get me wrong, they did a good job. I searched on Google and this company came up. I received a call regarding what i needed and said i needed to get my AC checked on, like maintenance. I told her my address and that this was a mobile home. She checked and said yes we service your area and she gave me the price. So i set up an appointment. They came and asked if I wanted maintenance or a checkup, I asked what is the difference because I thought it was the same thing, but he said it wasn't and explained the difference. So after the check up and he pointed out some issues and worked on my thermostat, I asked about the maintenance. He stated that they might not be coming back because my address was out of their service area. I'm thinking to myself why offer the maintenance, which is 2 visits, if you already think you arent coming back? Other companies were straightforward on if my place wasn't in their service area or they don't do mobile homes. So, again, it was good service, BUT make sure they service your area(double check)and be specific on if it's a checkup or maintenance.

Joe was very professional and explained all aspects of the AC recharge, and how to monitor for any future issues. He is also great with dogs!

Roy and Andre did a great job with a tune up of our air conditioning system. They impressed me as very knowledgeable, professional and helpful with answering all of my questions and concerns. Great work!!
I'm 110% satisfied with Aire Serv of Houston Northwest. They were easy to schedule an appointment with, they called me about 1/2 hour before they arrived and, sure enough, the technician arrived on time and started and finished well-within the promised window. Our technician was Roy, and he simply could not have been better. He performed a thorough annual checkup/tuneup of our AC units and - this is hugely important to me - he didn't try to upsell me a bunch of stuff which we don't need. In addition to doing great work, Roy was friendly, briefly chatting with me about billiards, baseball, and mowing his lawn this afternoon to placate his wife (and having mown lawns on riders most of my life as well, he can tell Mrs. Roy that I totally agree with him in that he needed to wait for the soil to dry out a bit before using a rider mower. You're welcome for the support, Roy :-). My goodness, I wish we had switched to Aire Serv of Houston Northwest ages ago, and I really hope Roy can be our tech this fall for our heater tuneup. Bottom line - YOU SHOULD CALL AIRE SERV OF HOUSTON NORTHWEST FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS!
