Wonderful tech fixed my AC in no time!! Would highly recommend.
They said they will come 9am but came 3pm. Wasted my time. Other than that they are very professional
Installer did a good job and was nice. Biggest upset while in the business of building homes is setting proper expectations. When I spoke with Michelle over the phone after diamond club discount I was quoted $178.50. Then after install I’m told that didn’t include a trip charge and now I had to pay $273.50. Why wasn’t this quoted originally is besides me if it’s routine?
The employees are always courteous and responsive. Very busy as expected so this causes time to be off but that's fine. I appreciate them for coming to adjust the new system as it was put in during the fall but the summer adjustment has taken some time and many calls. They work hard. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it has taken so many times to get it adjusted.
The technician was polite, professional..he explained everything in terms that we could understand...he is definitely an asset to your company...
Travis came after hours and was able to identify and correct the issue. He was polite and thorough in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done.
Air Innovations LLC come out the day I called them. I had went all weekend with no a/c. They had the house cooling within 30 minutes. And did a recheck a week later. I happily recommend this company. They care for the seniors citizens customers with pride, honor, trust, respect, and honesty.
Had to request a technician on a Saturday. We called at 7:30am and Travis arrived by 10:10am. Travis was awesome, and able to identify and fix the problem quickly. Thank you, Travis!
Technicians called ahead of time to alert of arrival. Was very polite and considerate of our home. Wire covers on shoes to protect floors/carpet areas. Shared the steps taken to resolve our cooling problem Great service all around!!! Definitely recommended

This company was very much in tune to what I needed. They called me to set up appointments. They called me to let me know what’s going on, and when the gentleman came to fix it, he was very professional, very knowledgeable and did a very excellent job in my opinion.
