All of the reviews on Oscar are accurate. He’s great. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things to you and doesn’t try to sell you on something you do not need.
The administrative staff were very easy to work with and answered all my questions about the project. Technicians completed a total installation beautifully and efficiently. I would recommend this company for all Hvac repair work.
Knowledgeable tech. AC Maintenance seemed comprehensive. Maintenance program is a bit pricey but includes cleaning session.
I drove all the way to the store and discovered they close at noon on Saturdays. Not 7:00 p.m. as Google displays.

We've used Air Depot almost 10 years ago for replacing the coil and this summer for replacing the condenser. Their services, professionalism and responsiveness were really standout and impressive.
David, pleasant and professional as always, did his system check and found that we needed an important part replaced. He explained all to me and my husband and did the replacement. He also flushed out a drain, cleaning, etc.

AD installed a heater/AC unit for us shortly after Harvey. We just signed on tk the annual maintenance program for both our units. Great service end to end, from on-boarding to appointment confirmation texts to a great tech (Oscar) who was thoroughly professional and competent.
I am lucky that Air Depot was recommended to me when I moved into my house 34 years ago. I have counted on Air Depot to keep my AC/Heating working and they have. Their workers are efficient and friendly, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Oscar came this week and did a great job.

Casey: checked out both of my systems very thoroughly in a professional matter. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. He took the time to check out the systems and did not rush or take short cuts just to get through and to the next customer. Casey trouble shot two of the systems that wasn't working properly, found the problem and made proper recommendations. He had a good attitude, very professional and overall did a very good job. I have been an Air Depot customer for several years and this experience reinforced why they do all my AC work. Would highly recommend Casey and Air Depot. Thks Ron

Air Depot replaced our AC system and they were professional, on-time, and reasonably priced. Right at about a year out, we started having issues with our system not cooling properly. It took a number of trips and a new compressor, but every step of the way, Air Depot was respectful and responsive. They never gave us a hard time or the runaround. They always answer our phone calls and address what's needed asap. They've been good about preventative maintenance calls as well. It's hard to find a good and affordable HVAC company these days but I'm more than happy to refer people to them. David has been great as have the others.
