Conway Air Conditioning —. One of the largest residential hvac services in the area and we have been a customer of theirs for almost 20 years....and now we are NOT! For the last few years, they are CONSISTENTLY late for their appts, past 6pm, and this last time, well it broke the straw. I requested the supervisor to call me , and she did the next day because she doesn’t work past 5pm. The supervisor was rude, obnoxious and so loud on the phone that the person beside me heard the entire conversation. I asked the supervisor, if this is the way Conway treats their long time loyal clients, then they can just cancel our service and we will go to their competitors.” The supervisor told me to go ahead and she canceled my service because she said that Conway was a business and they were too busy to have clients like me! Goodbye Conway!
