My AC unit is only 5 years old, was installed by Conway Services. I scheduled an appointment with them on Monday 12-4pm. No call, no show (even after calling to follow up 3 times). That will be the last time Conway receives ANY business from me! Comfortable LLC is Fantastic! From being without AC for 2 days, having to purchase a window unit to cool my home to get my family by through the holiday weekend, gave them a call and they were at my house within an hour and had my air back working within 2 hours! My husband (Jesse Earnest) and myself were beyond pleased and impressed with the customer service from the office staff, educated technicians and prompt service! They have earned our business from here on! Thank y’all so much!
They got us serviced up for the rest of this hot summer. Cody was very professional. And he explained everything. We appreciate you guys. Now we nice a cool.
This is the third time I've called Comfortable LLC for HVAC service and they have been spectacular. I enthusiastically recommend them.
We came home from a week of vacation to a hot house. After calling our “family plan” AC provider who would not come out until the next week, we contacted Comfortable LLC. The customer service was excellent and the repair team knowledgeable as well as keeping us informed thru the whole process. We had a cool house within a day. Thank you to everyone at Comfortable LLC.
I am so impressed with this company! I unfortunately needed to call on the Saturday before the 4th of July and not only were they able to come out within 2 hours but the service they provided was also amazing. The technician Chris really knows his units. Although we were not lucky enough to get the AC unit repaired fully today due to them being unable to order the parts we need with a weekend and a holiday because we have a lesser known brand unit I would highly recommend using this company. They will be coming back this week to finish the repair and I have no doubt they will do an amazing job.
These guys the are the best they came out to one of clients house to repair a a/c line where my guys had nailed the a/c line underneath the plywood. They perform the best services and work ethic is great. I will recommend them to everyone that I know and my clients as well. Good job guys keep it up.

Chris Kinzer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified some issues with my system and was able to quickly get things corrected. I've used Comfortable LLC for years now and haven't been disappointed yet.
These guys came out to my office recently and were great. The pricing for everything was reasonable ($100 diagnostic fee + price of whatever parts/labor you need), and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very sweet. The man who came out was friendly and personable and explained what he was doing in terms we could understand. He had to come back the next day to complete the job and I expected to have to wait all day, but he showed up bright and early as soon as we opened (which I really appreciated). This is why I like to support local businesses!
Our air was not cooling properly late yesterday afternoon and the company we typically use could not make it until next week, so we decided to give Comfortable LLC a try. The two technicians, Coty and Chris, arrived promptly. They were great - they worked hard and were very courteous. They checked and inspected everything, cleaned both units and freon was added to one of the units. Both units are working well now. We were told on the phone that there would be an extra charge for after hours, which was time and a half, and that was fine. Our only complaint, and the reason for 3 stars, was that we were not informed of the extra $360.00 service charge (which brought our total bill to $825.00) for after hours work until they had arrived and were in the process of checking the units. Update: We were contacted by the office and Comfortable LLC refunded the $160.00 extra charge so I am updating our review. Thank you Comfortable LLC!

Update 4/13/23 The upstairs AC that Comfortable repaired last year is still running great. Unfortunately my downstairs AC quit working. I got an estimate really quickly and agreed to have a new unit installed the next day. They knew I have a 3 month old so they figured out how to get the new unit installed the same day rather than waiting until the next day. Jason and Marcus took care of everything and they were awesome. Even vacuumed when they were done since they tracked in some grass. I’ve had a many different companies do work in my homes over the years and Comfortable’s service is absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced of any kind when it comes to work on my home. From Vanna calling to confirm when the techs would be here down to guys like Tommy, Jason and Marcus showing up and taking care of the work. I don’t plan on ever needing to work with another HVAC company. Don’t hesitate to have this crew take care of you, they are top notch. Best service I’ve ever received from an HVAC company. Called them at 5 pm on a Friday night and my air was running in less than two hours! Highly recommend them and my technician Nicholas was awesome!
The company has a text message system to communicate your issue and make appointments. The technician was thorough and explained everything that he did. The technician was also very friendly. I would recommend this company.

Comfortable Air Conditioning went above and beyond in providing excellent service to my recent A/C system issue. Despite having had two previous technicians come out to address the problem, the system froze up again due to low Freon. Upon contacting Comfortable Air Conditioning, the service manager, Tommy Scott, responded quickly by calling me back and making a house visit to assess the situation. Not only did the manager fill the unit completely with Freon, but he also identified and fixed the real leak in the system that the previous technicians had missed. The thoroughness and expertise demonstrated by Comfortable Air Conditioning were greatly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by Comfortable Air Conditioning.
