I was given an arrival time of 10-3. Marcus called me at 10 and arrived around 10:20. The timing was perfect. He was very friendly and went over with me the problem with my AC unit. He explained the causes and gave helpful solutions to maintain my unit. He discussed with me the very affordable membership plan to keep my heating and air maintained. We signed up. Josh arrived and installed the defective part on our upstairs air conditioning unit. He was able to work us in after a scheduling snafu. Thank you Josh and thanks to the office staff who helped facilitate the rescheduling.

When I called Choates I had no idea that making energy efficient changes caused a natural air circulation problem attic insulation energy efficient windows crawl space vent covers was fine in the winter but mornings in the spring at 67 degrees it was 82 in the house by midday unbearable Special thanks to Darren Kersting Comfort Advisor who spent 1/2 of his day analyzing the problem he asked me to tell him what was going on before he started when he came down from the attic he was sweating profusely and he said your house is very well insulated but air is not circulating throughout he explained two things that could be done to change heating and cooling problem I agreed to the one that I wanted to try I need to get rid of this problem for good it has been a month my thermostat has been set on 73 degrees every room feels the same all day I have no idea how hot it is outside until I go out there another person I give Special Thanks to is the installer and his helpers Allen Bush the first thing he said was you will be cool today and I was it took two days to finish there were other things he would be doing the last person I will give Special Thanks to is the installer for Natural Light Systems who installed a Solar Light Attic Fan I saw him do a quick repair to a couple of shingles that were not even close to where he was working thank you As for the completely improved Comfort of my home I am Loving it!!!!!

Needed A/C drain line cleared of hard water more thoroughly than I could on my own so called Choate’s and they were able to send Jeremiah out to take care of it. He was persistent in getting the problem solved and was able to instruct me how to best maintain the system for the future. Thanks!

I mean, WOW! Just wow! They gave a comprehensive quote, very professional quality of work, are bending backward to ensure we have electricity replaced before our party tomorrow, very communicative, just all around a great company. Im VERY happy with everything theyve done for us and i will never use another company solely for how well theyve treated us and how caring they are about their customers. 10 out of 5, would recommend for the rest of my life!
Cama’ron was, methodical, fast, and knew what he was doing. Not his fault that it’s a holiday weekend in an insanely busy time of year- but if we had discovered during our appointment time that it was an electrical box issue, we might have been able to get it fixed before everyone takes a holiday tomorrow. No one’s fault that the problem wasn’t discovered before 5:00. And Cama’ron was very very helpful. I doubt we could have gotten anyone here today if we didn’t have Choate’s Family Plan. Good value in hot, busy times.
I had a really great experience with Choates. I called Choates for a second opinion after another company claimed my ac couldn’t be fixed. The other company tried to sell me a brand new unit instead. The choates technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a minor electrical problem that he was able to repair in less than an hour.
Technician Jerrod was great. He addressed difficult plumbing issue and kept me posted throughout the process. I would recommend Choates anytime for your most difficult residential plumbing issues.
Kord was our technician. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the extra time to educate us on what was going on while also giving us our best options with our HVAC. Anyone who works with Kord is in good hands.
