We have had 2 great experiences with At Home Heating and Air! Bert was the technician that serviced our systems both times. Once he found an electrical issue and was able to replace it for aftermarket part for 1/3 of the price as a new one and also had it in stock. The other issue he replaced an starter and helped troubleshoot some other issues pertaining to the condensate draining issue we were experiencing. He was a wealth of knowledge and worked quickly and efficiently while explain what he was doing along the way. The dispatcher responded to my afterhours call with in 15 mins of the office opening in the morning. They did have a busy schedule but worked with me on a time would be best for my family. The technicians work on salary and not commission so Bert pointed out a few thing just to watch and take note of. No hard upselling. He was honest and when through the advantages and disadvantages of each case. I feel comfort in knowing At Home Heating and Air will be my HVAC contact for years to come.

Fantastic service. We were on the schedule for the day after I put in a service call, but a spot opened up and they were at my house the same day within a couple of hours of calling. Repairs were quick and the prices fair. Will be recommending At Home to friends.
Provided the most detailed solution to my HVAC problems (Airflow & AC condenser that had reached the end of it’s life) that I had with my 32 year year old Trane system. System installation in April’22. Arrived on time and completed the work on time. Our HVAC system has worked better than I could have expected. I previously used window units to augment my AC, I no longer need those. Bert has provided assistance after the install when I decided to add additional temp sensors to the thermostat system. Thanks Bert and the At Home team.
I have and will continue to use Bert S. at At Home Heating & Air for all of my HVAC needs. He is a knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The company is extremely responsive and provides good service at a reasonable price. I like that they are a local Collierville company too.
I had a great experience with repair and service of our gas fireplace from At Home Heating and Air. Bert and Luke repaired a faulty sensor and went above and beyond expectations to clean, inspect, and test everything. They checked for leaks, carbon monoxide levels, and mantle temperature. They also gave me a refresher on pilot lighting and operating tips. And their price was very reasonable. I can strongly recommend them.

I do not have enough praise for At Home Heating and Air. Bert and his team are extraordinary people. They are kind, smart, friendly and always professional. When Bert came out to give us a quote, I felt like I made a friend. He also installed a home purification system on our unit that made my and my daughters allergies go away, made the home smell fresher and protects against viruses. I wish every company had the heart and character as At Home Heating and Air.

Hands down, the best HVAC specialist I've dealt with! If you have an HVAC ssue in the Collierville, TN area, look no further than At Home Heating and Air. Bert Smith was very courteous, responsive, punctual and most importantly, knew his stuff. As I talked with him and watched him work, it was GREAT and PLEASING to see a contractor in this area who cared about doing a honest and quality job, at a reasonable cost, where customer satisfaction was important. And to highlight honesty, Bert adjusted the quote to reflect the lower actual cost of the part. It was just a few dollars, but appreciate the integrity he showed. His wife runs the adminstrative side of the business and was a pleasure to work to set up the service. Thanks Bert!
