Have used Boyle’s for 25 years. The heat pump he installed 6 years ago stopped working for air conditioning. I paid Mr Boyle $775 and 7 1/2 weeks later he still hasn’t fixed it. I finally called another company who identified the problem which he must have seen but either couldn’t or wouldn’t fix. He said it’s a Lennox problem not a me problem. He recommended and installed the Lennox. Shame on you Mr. Boyle. So much for being a loyal customer.

Always used Boyle’s and have never had an issue. He did a clean install for me years back and it is still purring. I have several properties and he is always prompt, honest and fair. Would and have recommended to friends and family.

The igniter went out on our heater on Sunday before Christmas and we contacted Mr.Boyle for service. Mr. Boyle scheduled to come to our home and was there within 2 hours. He replaced the igniter and had the unit up and working. We thought him to be reasonable and to provide excellent service. We have used Mr. Boyle previously to maintain our heating and air conditioning equipment and recommend him without reservation.

This guy is a scammer! We were having Problems with the house not getting cool enough so we called ed Boyle. He came out, said the outdoor unit sounded fine then ten minutes later recommended we get a new unit. Quoted us $2100-$2400 for a new unit. We decided to get a second opinion with our oil company, Petro they came out and said everything was fine told us to get better quality filters and unblock some of the vents ( the couch was sort of covering a vent/ kitchen trash can slightly blocking a vent) Ed Boyle did include a shot of freon with the $75 initial fee which I assume helped.
