I called Comfort Controllers when I lost cooling the day before a big family gathering. They took my call after hours and had a technician at the door by 6:30 am. They go me up and running in time for my event. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! I give this company my highest commendation.
They installed a new HVAC unit in my business which everyone is thankful for! They were very responsive. We had a great overall experience.
These guys are the very best around. Anytime I call for service, Mike is on top of things and problem solved immediately. Would not think of going anywhere else.
The guys are very nice to work with and very respectful . We had a very old oil heater/ air conditioner system. Every year we were having problems with the heater but not with our air. It was about 20 years old so we knew it was time to replace it. This guys gave us a good quote and were prompt with their services. The problem is that we installed this hvac in November of 2022 and we have had to call them for problems several times as some of the rooms will not heat or cool well. They even installed new duct work but one of the rooms is like just having fans on. After paying 18k on the system we are more than dissatisfied if you can say! The solution one guy told me is to leave the door of the room open. Really? So no privacy for 18k? You have to be kidding me!
After an extensive search, I landed on Comfort Controllers to handle a full rip and replace of my HVAC system. There were two reasons I went with them. 1) The care that went into the quote. They spent hours at my house thinking through every detail of how this install would work. Details that all of the other companies missed and would have led to surprise expenses or poor work for me. 2) The price. The price was competitive and fair. Not the cheapest, and you wouldn't expect that from a company providing quality work, but it was very competitive. The installation was smooth and professional. The team was incredible to work. Pop, Brandon and Tim were the main installation team and were extremely pleasant and professional. Sean and Dave handled the tear out and were equally as good to work with. I back this company 100% for any of your HVAC needs.
I had a problem with my heat system. Comfort Controllers came out the next day. They are so professional, nice and honest. I have used other Companies in the past that always left me questioning things-- Mike explained everything and did a great job! I highly recommend this Company.
Probably the most professional utility service company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The woman who set everything up helped me stay calm even though I was ridiculously stressed about our homes heating situation and she talked with me until I fully understood everything. The crew came out promptly and did a damn fine job! Hopefully nothing goes wrong again but if for some rare instance it does, I know who I'm calling. Thank ya'll so much for helping out me and my family
Excellent communication first and foremost. Educated me on what was available for my unique situation super quick appointment everyone from start to finish was friendly and professional. Plan on using them as my primary hvac company for many years.
Comfort controllers installed a new AC unit back in June. It worked perfectly throughout the entire summer! They made everything super easy and straightforward. They came and gave us a quote for exactly what we were asking for, didn’t try to sell us anything else. The quote was also very manageable as new homeowners. We have forced air heating so already have the ductwork, we had been told by other companies that our ducts were too small for an AC unit to work properly. And we were quoted an astronomical amount for mini split units. That’s not even what we wanted. Another company tried to scare us into getting a new furnace and water heater, also not what we asked for. Comfort controllers hit all the boxes and we will be using them from now on for maintenance or (hopefully not) repairs!
Guys are great. Always polite and respectful of my property. Issue is I had a new system installed and it hasn't been working at 100%. It had a few issues and they had to come out several times to make adjustments but bottom line is the system does not reach all the rooms in the house. Today is 95 outside(very hot day) and its 90 degrees inside the house with the system running. Finally, I just gave up on calling them back but I still have to hear my wife's mouth of how I paid $10,000 and our bedroom is always hot. Save your money and find someone else. Unreal!!!
Very highly recommend! I reached out to them via Facebook message at 4:30 in the morning. They responded immediately and were here by 7:20am. In less than 10 minutes they had my a/c unit up and running again. Very efficient and reasonably priced - especially during a heat wave! Thanks Comfort Controllers...I'll refer you to everyone I know!
So grateful for this company. They came out first thing in the morning and put a temp fix on our ac until they could replace the part we needed the next day. I can’t recommend them enough! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Ask for Matt for exceptional service!

Not only did they make an easy AC unit repair after a different company told us the only option was full system replacement... They even found time in their schedule to get to us sooner since we were in a heat wave. Their work was professional, while friendly and sharing expertise to help us get longevity out the ac unit. Friendly, fair, professional, and timely - Comfort Controllers are a great team, and the only people I'll call in the future.

My A/C unit is an antique and stopped working on a 90 degree evening two days before the start of Fourth of July weekend. I followed a recommendation from a person here in my town and messaged Comfort Controllers thru FB. They responded immediately and were here the next morning. Matt and Tim are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and on time. The repair was very fair and very reasonably priced. They even stayed an extra bit of time to make sure the repair was working and the house cooling down. They are an asset to the company which I highly recommend! 5 stars.
I panicked when my businesses ac unit broke. I posted on Facebook and mostly everyone whom commented recommended comfort! Glad I went with this recommendation because they had someone out within 20 mins to diagnose and repaired it the same day. Professional, friendly and patient. Absolutely recommend !
