Fast response, diagnosis, and resolution.just waiting for the part
It was great friendly service and great pricing. They went above and beyond and checked my other system as well to make sure it was good to go. I was very happy and my house is much cooler than it ever was. I was quoted by another company that was more expensive and for a smaller less quality compressor. Highly recommend!

I call them to replace my thermostat I am so upset about their honesty I bought one thermostat with them they charge me $494 with that same thermostat at Amazon it cost $220 at Home-depot the price is $230. They are not honest about their business. I am not call them again. Sorry I can’t reply to your comments that’s why I edit my review and try to answer your questions. I told that you changed me $494 this only thermostat price I include. Total you guys charge me $594 that is your service charge. So I didn’t mention $100. I hope you guys make your price fair next customer.
Nu-Temp did an amazing job installing our new AC/Heather system as well as the water heater. They were on time, clean, fast, professional and courteous. There was no pressure at any time and there was no up-selling. I got a system that I needed and I am extremely happy. I highly recommend them.
We switched from oil to electric and Nu Temp nstalled our central air and hot water tank. They did a great job getting the big unit and. all the ductwork in the attic space. Customer service is very helpful and they are prompt when needing emergency service.

I highly recommend Nu-Temp for all your HVAC needs. Every step from the initial phone call to request an estimate, to the clear, concise and extremely well priced proposal, to the signing of the contact and to the install was handled professionally and seamlessly by Dawn. Larry, the owner, was extremely courteous and didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone to answer multiple in-depth questions I had regarding the HVAC install. Brian, the estimator is extremely knowledgeable and spoke clearly and precisely in layman’s terms as to exactly what Nu-Temp would do to correct my unbalanced HVAC system. Ken and Steve are extremely experienced top notch HVAC technicians. They flawlessly completed a whole house gas conversion install from an inefficient all electric HVAC system. They expertly Installed a new gas manifold, ran 4 new gas lines, installed a Rheem high-efficiency gas furnace, a Rheem 3 ton condenser, and a Bradford White power vent gas hot water heater. Most importantly and thankfully Brian and Ken recommended to remove, replace and upsize the main trunk supply and return ducts to properly balance the new system. Nu-Temp was the only HVAC company out of 3 well known local HVAC companies to finally address the root cause of the unbalanced HVAC system...improperly sized main trunk ductwork. Nu-Temp is by far the best HVAC company in Bucks County.
After having a different company perform scheduled maintenance on our heater a couple of years back, we were told we needed a new furnace. We got a second opinion from Nu-Temp. Turns out only a minor part replacement was needed. Since then, Nu-Temp has handled our HVAC maintenance. Very courteous and helpful office staff and technicians. We have been very pleased with the quality and integrity of their work and chose to have them replace our furnace and AC when the AC broke down recently. Installation went smoothly. Technicians were respectful of property and reviewed scope of work, including necessary on-site adjustment in coil make/model. Office staff handled product registration and rebate applications. Prior to contracting the work, the proposals we received did contain a couple of errors in the product descriptions which were corrected after we pointed it out. To err is human. Other than that, we are extremely satisfied with Nu-Temp and highly recommend them. Thank you!
NU-Temp installed my new heater and air condition 5years ago, no problems professional installed and yearly maintain . Excellent service provider.

Installation team of two were very good installing a new hot water heater. Knowledgeable, competent, friendly and professional. They even noticed that my radon system was not working properly which I'm now correcting - thank you!
I have dealt with Nu Temp for both general maintenance and a few repairs. Their reps are always very friendly, on time and trustworthy. Prices are very reasonable as well. They have never attempted to "sell" me anything and as a matter a fact when I have had issues they instructed me on how to address the issue in the future when possible to save money on a service call. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so in the future.

I was with a warranty company we all know which one and they came out to my home three different times three different technicians... finally I got disgusted I called Nu temp because I've used them in the past my neighbor knows them well I've also told people about them and they have installed at four people times that I actually know... they came when they said they would they explained everything to me I understood it it was plain and simple the other people didn't tell me exactly what I needed it was very frustrating so guess what I'm happy I have I have comfort in my home on a senior citizen even though I don't act like one I'm 65 years old and I'll tell you what I would recommend Nu temp to anybody... I didn't even tell the guys I was buying them lunch they were shocked and I have to tell you I was so happy when they left.... I was almost crying ....a beautiful job no drama... no lies... everything up front... perfect!!!!
