The Sila team did an outstanding job replacing two full systems (furnance and air conditioner) in our two zone home. They were clean, worked diligently and put in a 12+hour day to get our job finished and give our family air conditioning during a heat wave. They also gave us a very reasonable price for the work. Highly recommend!
I really want to give Sila 5 stars because of how great the initial experience was but that has changed so drastically I have to 180 my score. I got set up with 3 split unit A/C and the scoping of the project and installation were phenomenal. I was sold on this company. Now as I use my units more I am starting to find issues and even realize that the main unit of my house is faulty and has been since day 1. I had a tech come out to assess all of this and they could do nothing. They said I’d hear from the person who scoped everything out later that day. After 3 days I called and asked what is going on and reception told me they’d contact the person and have them reach out. They checked in with me finally and said that he and a manager would connect with me tomorrow…it has been a week with no contact. I am beyond frustrated and regret not going with one of the other businesses I had scoped the project with. This post sale service is just abysmal.
My techs name was Anthony goostree Technician was professional and courteous as well as informative. For the short time he was he and performed some diagnostic tests, he explained the problem to me and instead of doing something that could have caused more damage to my system, he instead is returning tomorrow to do what he couldn't do tonight. He actually came out at 8 pm and in the rain and storms, when he easily could have just rescheduled apt.
Unfortunately I couldn't get service done because of financial difficulties but Shawn was very knowledgeable about his job & efficient so when I do get the work done I will recommend him!!!
*updating this review* I had paid $79 cash to the tech just to come out and look at the system to see if it needed to be replaced. He said they only take cash. Now I have a bill in that was sent in the mail for that. I was totally RIPPED OFF. We did not go with this company since we do not own this property and the owner replaced the system. I just wanted it checked out before I went to the owner, because we are good tenants and good people. I had several phone calls from this company inquiring and I had stated that the owner had taken care of it. Customer service is horrendous and rude. I called to clear this up and they would not work with me till I gave them the owners information and credit… seriously! All I wanted was a professional to come out and look at it so I could tell the owner that it needed to be replaced or fixed. That’s it. It shouldn’t be this difficult and the owner is never going to work with this company, I know that for sure, and neither will I. Hopefully neither of you will once you read this. I was completely ripped off, continuously called, and now sent a bill that I had already paid for. They said they would sue me over the $79, please do… bring the tech with you too.
John know his stuff and always g do it’s a great job servicing and fixing our HVAC systems.
Mir showed up ready to work, diagnosed the problem in no time, and had the AC up and running at a reasonable rate. Thank you!

We have continued to use Sila over the years for their 5 star service and professionalism. Friday night at 6 AM and it was 90 degrees outside and I knew I was not going to get a good nights sleep. They came over and resolved the issues with our central air.
I keep coming back to Sila - they do great work!

I called for a shower faucet that would not shut off. The technician came on time, did his best to keep the price as low as possible, and finished the work quickly.
Superb performance by knowledgeable and fast professionals. They responded in a matter of hours to diagnose a broken AC unit. They reengaged the next day to replace the system. There was a minor wiring problem when they standardized all my thermostats that was resolved almost as fast as I noticed it. I trust this company to do the right thing.
HVAC service business is mostly about the technician's. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, want to help you technician's. SILA has a great one in Mir. Others I'm sure, but Mir is where you want to be. Thank you for your service.

Professional and thorough service. They may be a bit more expensive, but you aren't going to get the run-around nor are they selling to empty a warehouse. They know the makes/models, and if they don't , they investigate. No decision is pushed for and they ask you to ask questions. I use them for 3 properties, 2 residential and 1 commercial. Different equipment, and I am not disappointed . They seem to sell what they know, stand by it, and hire individuals who know what to do, instead of sending a B/C team first with repeated visits. I am very satisfied and have used them for residential work for 3 years.
I was not at home when John Eberly came to do our A/C tune up, but through my dad, I heard that he was very thorough in making sure that our A/C is working great and that we are good to go for the summer. He checked everything and gave a a good report. I would recommend Sila to anyone needing HVAC services.
