The two gentlemen that came and installed my air conditioning unit were very respectful and had good customer service. Tyler and Joe did a good job thank you for your services.
They had a difficult case from me but they were very efficient, kept lines of communication open and made sure that before they left my property, my air was running at full capacity…they moved my HVAC from my roof to the ground. And fixed everything within the time frame they gave.
My home warranty plan set me up with this company. They were great. The technician was on time, professional and very nice. They kept in contact with me about every step of the way. Highly recommend.
JG Services installed a new AC for us. The project requires an attic air handler replacement and an external unit replacement. The ancient old unit was not installed in a great way so the crew had to improve the set up, run new electrical and reorient the duct work. It was impress and done for a good price. We are pleased with the work. Will use again for future projects.
Matt and his team are extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me replace my HVAC system. I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication to their customers. I will recommend JG Services to any and everyone. I am now a lifetime customer.
Excellent customer service!
We have had no heat. The heating unit needs to be assessed. The company owner is Very responsive- the worker was able to come to the house the same day of the call, even though it was late in the evening. The worker was Very professional and explaining the issues clearly.

JG services came out and fixed my air, however it stopped working after a week. The 1st person that came was great and professional. They sent a 2nd person within about a week, he did not seem to sure of what he was doing and the air stopped working about an hour after he left. They are going to have to come back a third time, I will update my review after that. Here is my update. JG came back a few times to figure out what was wrong with my air, the good thing is that they were determined to figure it out. They last came out yesterday and so far it is working.
Many comments are over or under done and I try to give a fair and balanced review except for this one. I live in Delaware County PA and A/C was out in Aug 2022. Once Derek from JG was on site, he stayed for several hours and educated as the issue was being diagnosed until completion. My A/C is running as it first did. I was leery about a small company but Derek has convinced me to make JG my primary servicer going forward. Thanks again Derek. I hope you get a bonus.
They were the company assigned by my warranty company. The tech was awesome and the job was done on schedule as promised.
Jerry arrived on time, was very helpful, friendly and thorough and got the job done. I'm so used to contractors I get through American Home Shield coming up with some kind of modification they need to bill me for to make a little more money but there was not of that. He got the job done and my A/C is working now.
Jerry arrived early and was very nice and polite. Explained what he was doing and what needed to be replaced. He was very efficient and fixed my central air in an hour.
The service technician provided unacceptable service . He turned on the AC went outside and within 15 mins said everything was ok from the unit. I asked could you explained what you looked at to determine everything was fine. He bluntly said no it’s in his truck and was not going back for his equipment. I will say on a positive note that the company themselves were prompt and excellent at communication. It’s unfortunate that the individuals the come to repair pulled down the quality of what would have been a great experience from the start.
My A/C unit died in the middle of a heatwave. Jerry came out and fixed the issue in a prompt and efficient manner. Highly recommend!
