Never never ever again will I deal with this company take my advise and stay away. This is what happen , Our air conditioning went the guy came to fix it he was already a day late after calling throughout the day he finally showed up he said it had to be charged everything else was good no leaks and everything looked good at first he wanted 500 dollars this was for a single unit mini split I told him forget it and told him I would contact another company suddenly his price dropped to 170 I should have known better he seemed to be making up his own price list ,my mistake , but told him go ahead and service it he told me it would be cold . He charged it and told me it would take a couple hours for everything to kick in and left , well nothing kicked in and it's warm as hell I called the company and got the tech he promised me he would be out next day early in morning. I really believe this guy had no clue what he was doing my fault for trusting this company. What a nightmare tech showed up and still didn’t fix the issue
Dontae, the lead Service Tech, came to service our air conditioner. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and what he could do to fix it. He discussed the problem with our system and all of our options. We were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding.
Dante was great! He was here early to assess my AC unit and was polite & professional. I definitely recommend Dilling!
I was in desperate need of a new AC and oil furnace . From the estimate to the install , every step with this company was excellent . Text/email to let me know they were on the way , was a new experience for me . It even had the name and a photo of the person who would be arriving. Ed did the estimate and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do , and everything that was included . Before he left my home I had the estimate . I called him the next day and said let's get this done . He said they could do it next week . Mike came that same day and took a few more measurements. I couldn't do Monday so I chose Wednesday . The Tech was at my house at 8:20 Wednesday morning . The put tarps down to protect my hard wood floors and went to work . The job was finished by late afternoon . I am totally thrilled with the total experience. Less than a week from estimate to completion .

The technicians were friendly and professional analyzing the problem with my central air conditioning unit, that needed to be replaced after 20 years. The owner of the company came that afternoon to give me an estimate. Ed explained every detail the work that was to be done, the price and 10 year warranty. I felt confident that the price was fair and company reputable. Just a few days later two technicians replaced the unit professionally and made sure I understood the new thermostat. I highly recommend Dilling Heating and Cooling!
I chose to wait to provide a new review of this company to ensure there was not any issue with our new systems; as expected there was not. We just had a new heater and air conditioning unit installed due to the old air condenser died. We received a quote for replacement of our heater and air conditioner systems, as well as, removal of the old systems and the dehumidifier that not longer was functioning, with on option for financing. Dilling Heating & Cooling wanted to install the systems within "2" days; this would have been acceptable if it were not for my work schedule. The installation was completed around my schedule (on a Saturday - "4" days after the quote). The service men were outstanding, professional, polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! They kept us appraised of each step of the installation and reviewed the systems along with the new thermostat functions. This company continuously impresses me as not only is each person professional - they are all honest. Since our systems are new, we did not have to purchase a maintenance agreement as this was included in the price of the systems for the 1st year. We plan on purchasing Dilling's Maintenance agreement for all of our future servicing needs when the year is completed. They are a company full of superior and honest service people!
I highly recommend Dilling Heating and Cooling for your service. I needed a new central air conditioner system installed in my house (all new ductwork.) After doing my research and getting different estimates, I chose Dilling for the job..They were very responsive, professional, fairly priced, customer friendly, and very knowledgeable. The team of guys (Ed, Pete, Matt, Kevin, John, Mike P and Donate) were absolutely great! They communicated well with each other to get the job done to make it all happen in a timely manner and quality work. I am super pleased to have my central air installed and enjoying every minute of it. My neighbors were also asking about their service...very impressed. Keep up the good work (Ed and crew). We had our old units taking out today from 2007 AC units and new one’s put in what a great team that came and did it in a day, a lot of work .great job
The team from Dilling Heating and Air installed a mini split system in our 1920’s home and we could not be happier! Everyone we met were very professional and answered all questions during the process. There was some small hiccups during the process that arose that were then resolved in a very timely fashion by the team of guys we dealt with. Would like to thank the team of Kevin,John,Pat and Mike for there hard work and determination as well as excellent service to provide a mini split system to our old home. Can’t wait to work with them in the future and would highly recommend!
Tha two installers, Kevin and Yun, were very pleasant, answered any questions without acting annoyed and did a neat job and clean up Your tech, Patrick, came out the same day we called and explained all the equipment that was involved. He also has stayed in touch and came out when we thought there was a problem. Kevin also went beyond to get us the units we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company, not the cheapest but as far as I am concerned, the best. Raymond Albert
Shawn handled the replacement of my old system's compressor and air handler. A five star rating is not enough! This guy should get 10 stars! There were several unexpected problems that came up retrofitting the new equipment with the existing ductwork, but Shawn spent hours and a couple of extra days making sure every detail was taken care of. Dilling is one of the most, if not THE most customer oriented company I have ever delt with. I recommend them without hesitation.
Had a minor leak in a newly installed system. Dontae showed up on Father's Day Sunday! He was friendly, prompt and efficient and resolved the problem in no time. This company is extremely customer focused, and their technicians are the best.
The service from the point of meeting the owner to the installation process of my heating and ac units was seamless and professional. I called them one day the next day they arrived removed my old system and an entire new system was installed in less than a day. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Fantastic people. Keep up the great work.
HVAC broke, they put in a lot of work to fix it. Very communicative and got to meet the owner when there was a problem with a part the manufacturer sent. Would recommend to others.

Professional, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone for what I consider to be the most important major appliance in a home. Specifically recommend Pat who has gone above and beyond what I have come to expect from most businesses. He takes the time to explain everything he is saying , listens and answers questions and most importantly does what he says he is going to do. Ed and his team at Dilling went not only above and beyond but were extremely friendly and understanding to my situation. I had a contractor completely mess up my previous setup and instead of just throwing their hands up and refusing to work on it, like other companies did, they gave me a very fair and generous quote to completely repair the job. I can’t thank them enough and praise their service! I would recommend them to everyone who needs their HVAC taken care of! 100/10
