When I had issues and complaints about the pricing of the repair of my furnace I got a phone call personally from Farrell the owner. After explaining the high cost of running a business I realized why the price could be so high. I did not use them and he returned my deposit on good faith.
Brew, Joe, & apprentice were great! Joe worked efficiently & finished exactly when he said! They left my home exactly the way they found it, nothing left behind! Francesco, the service technician, did such a professional job! He was very clean with my carpets and floors and pleasant in appearance and speech.

Family is the perfect name for this company. Initially called them in December for a repair on our aging system. Found out we were emitting high levels of carbon monoxide and the system had to be red tagged. We sat with sales rep and went over everything from house size, duct size and usage. Ultimately we chose our new system. We were offered very competitive financing options. We decided to pay in full but was nice to have options. We set an install date. Communication through out was exceptional. On day of install, the guys showed up ready to go. We had a full system install. Heater, AC & thermostat. Guys wore protective wear on shoes. Covered floors and steps. Install took about 7 hours. Tested and explained system before leaving. Made sure we had all paperwork and contact numbers. Followed up the next week to make sure all was well. Then came out on Sunday to open the AC unit up. It was just a flawless process from start to finish. Great to see young people being trained for a career. Polite and well versed on the trade. I would highly recommend them for any and all your HVAC services. We have the full service plan and will only use them for our system.
Brew came out earlier than expected. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give important information on the easiest solution. 10/10 would recommend.
The weather hit 90 degrees in mid-April and everyone had to turn their ACs on at the same time. I'm sure a lot didn't work, just like our company's two AC units. We called at 9AM on the hottest day of the year (so far) and Alden, one of their service techs, was there by 2PM. He diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat, which he replaced. Alden then made sure the ACs were producing cold air before he left, and even changed the filters, too. Alden was professional and explained everything...and the service charge was very reasonable for any call, let alone a same day "emergency" service call. Highly recommend this company.
Great service, knowledgeable and helpful technician. He coached me through multiple repair pathways I could take to resolve a potential future problem before it has a chance to do damage to the system and home.
After turning on the A/C yesterday afternoon I noticed that the house was very slow to cool down. I called this morning and the tech came this afternoon. He determined what the problem was and replaced a couple of parts and now everything is well. A couple of minutes after he left, I heard a knock at the door and it was the tech again. He said he noticed my storm door closer had become detached so he fixed it. It was the end of the day and I'm sure he was anxious to get home but took a couple of minutes to perform an act of kindness. Employees like this make it a pleasure to deal with your company.

I called Family Heating & AC this morning for an issue with one of our heating units, and they had a team scheduled to come out that afternoon. Alden and Francisco arrived on time and were very pleasant. They identified the issue and replaced a part under warranty, which got our heat up and running again. It was a great experience!
