I had service and a new system installed at my property and Custom Aire did a great job. Both their service and new install teams communicated well, were professional, and did great work. They arrived on time, kept a clean job site, and updated me on progress. I have a bit of a tricky space situation in my center city Philadelphia property and they were able to handle it without issue. I will definitely be using Custom Aire again.

Custom Aire installed our HVAC system many years ago. We have used them for the upkeep and repair of the system ever since. Making appointments is easy. Lisa does a great job. Brandon has been out to the house and is very knowledgable and thorough. Austin paid us a visit recently, and did a great job programming the thermostat. Over the years, mistakes have been made (as we all do) but the people of Custom Airs care a lot about their reputation. Anytime there was an issue, they made sure it was taken care of. I highly recommend Custom Aire for all their HVAC and dustless needs.

Customaire has serviced our heating and air conditioning system for years, and we have been extremely satisfied. It has been prompt, unfailingly courteous, and has in all cases met our expections. We have never had difficulty making an appointment, even when one is urgent. Recently Brandon has made the service calls, and we have been impressed not only by his expertise but also his recollection of our history. We could not ask for anything more.

Phil, a Customaire technician, came to diagnose why the AC system wasn't performing. He inspected methodically both the roof and internal units . He determined the coil is leaking and has to be replaced. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The instruments he was equipped with were state-of-the-art. They facilitated and expedited the detection of the leak in the coil.
If you are contemplating using Custom Aire for your HVAC needs, DON’T! Literally a nightmare of an experience. First the installation process was a mess, when removing the old boiler they stained my carpet with oil. Knocked power out to an entire wall in my house. They tried to fix that and was done very sloppy. Every time my unit kicks on my kitchen lights now flicker. Thermostat runs off of batteries due to an issue with the power line going to the thermostat. The unit in the attic leaked due to a sensor failure which has yet to have been addressed. I could literally go on forever about issues with this installation. The only time I hear from this company is to say hey we want to come service your equipment and it will only cost you this much. How about we address everything that’s wrong with the system first??… your better off asking your pet to work on your hvac system then calling custom aire. I’ve provided plenty of time for them to remedy this situation so now I resort to the review.
Brandon and his partner did a yearly maintenance on my heater. Looked at all heater components, ran the heater, took many readings and inspected all for performance and safety. I thought he did a nice job and completely checked the heater. Nice job. I was very pleased

We purchased a central air system from CustomAire. Chuck Dixon, our sales rep, answered all of questions (there were a lot) quickly, honestly and throughly. He went above and beyond to make this dream a reality for us, including correcting a duct issue in our basement. The installers, Chris and Wallace, were great! Very neat and efficient. We love our new system and thermostat. The whole process was smooth start to finish. Highly recommend. A++
