My company, Cascade Renovation, hired L & J Heating & Cooling to relocate a hood exhaust vent and gas pipe to relocate a range for our kitchen remodel. They arrived on time, we professional and finished up when promised. I would hire them again.
Joe Wolf came to provide an estimate for replacing the heat pump and gas furnace system in our house. He let us know when he was on his way here and arrived promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable and answered our questions. Received the estimate in a timely manner

L&J offered the simplest and most sensible solution vs. several competitors when dealing with a house that had unbalanced HVAC needs due to the sun mostly hitting one side of the building.
Our service tech Ron was on time. We received text msg updates which we appreciate! Did a thorough check and found only a few items to be repaired vs another company that quoted us much higher for services we didn’t need. Ron was honest and straight forward and knew his stuff! technician Ron was excellent
After 6 months of helping me try to have manufacture repair/parts shipped finally got my heat pump unit replaced and installed. They were great juggling communication between myself and manufacturer advocating for me. A whole new unit installed very quick and tested before leaving to ensure it worked properly. Can’t recommend enough!! They stuck with me and went above and beyond! Thank you!!

Not only was the technician prompt getting to our location, he was extremely friendly, Very professional, and helped educate our household on maintenance for AC.
