Joe @ Ben’s Heating and Air Conditioning fixed my AC fast. He was right on time, knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. Hope they keep him happy so he stays with them for a good long time!

Alison was amazing - arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and able to identify the issue with our AC and fix it in no time. The issue started yesterday and within 24 hours it was fixed because of Ben’s Heating & AC (other repair companies had 2 week waiting lists for a technician to become available). Will definitely be a return customer in the future if we need it!
The technician came timely, was courteous, answered all my questions to satisfaction asvised me of a couple of minor items that did not require immediate attention, but was domented to ensure next maintenace, he or another technician would revisit to ensure proper functionality. Very satified with the service.

We decided to go with Ben's because the customer service from the beginning were the best we received out of 4 quotes. They were great with communicating when they would be here, and how long everything would take. Our system needed quite a few repairs, and they went above and beyond to get everything updated. Alison was amazing! Personable, knowledgeable, efficient. Ben's installed a new furnace for me about 11 years ago. I was very satisfied with their work then, and equally satisfied with Alison on the maintenance call. My air conditioner needed a new capacitor, which she had in her vehicle and installed, so I am set for the summer.
Chris did a great job getting the furnace ready for A/C and incorporating the A/C.
Our AC quit cooling on day 3 of 4 90+ temps. They were quick to respond, here when they said & got us up & running in no time. Ben's is the only place to go! Thank-you!
