ZERO communication. Terrible service...Do not use.
Do not use this company. They do not communicate and will never come back to your job. Whatever you do, don't pay them upfront.

I've hired GG for a new house build, to do all the HVAC (2 furnaces, 2 ACS, ducts etc.). They did great work on the rough in, passed inspection, I've met some of their family members working in the business, everything was great, their dad a great guy. However when it came time to do the final trim they just ghosted me. They're not answering any emails, calls, texts, nothing. I've got a whole house built with dozens of contractors, this is the only contractor who is just not responding at all. Now I have to find someone else to finish their job so I can finalize inspections and move in.
My wife hired GG Mechanical to install the a/c in our new house. After we had an inspection a few months later, the inspector noted a bunch of issues. The a/c unit was not installed level, the circulation fan is very loud and they installed it too close to the living area rather than the garage, and they didn't bother balancing the system. Due to the balance issue, the third floor is a least 10-15 degrees warmer than the bottom two floors. We have emailed them, called them and texted them and gotten no response.
They finally showed up, fixed deficient things, thanks 😊
GG heating/cooling did an amazing job for me and my wife. They were amazing at communicating and made the process so easy. 10/10 out of customer support and the end product I could not be more happier. We just moved into our new home with no AC and 30 year old heating system. They were so fast to upgrade up system and communicated with me every step of the way. Highly recommend them! Can’t thank them enough.
Very unresponsive. They had been hired by our builder to install our HVAC system, so we figured we would use them for our annual service. They were really hard to get a hold of, and never sent us a quote despite a reminder. Their work might be ok, but the communication aspect is completely unacceptable

GG Mechanical initially caught our attention as a small family run business just getting started on their own, with a ton of experience! We loved having grandpa and the grandkids working on our home. However, we started having things come up that were completely unethical and unprofessional and at first we thought it was just accidental. We agreed to have a full HVAC system installed in our home as well as a ducted mini split for our upper floor. The first red flag was the condenser unit delivered for our home came in an old beat up box, it had scratches and was an off color.... I used my QR reader to scan the sticker on the unit to find out it was a discontinued model several years old..... so we sent it back. Second, when the new condenser arrived it was a smaller unit than we agreed too.... the installer noted it was the same as the attic unit... and not what we agreed to in our estimate. We requested it be sent back but needed to use it while we waited. Needless to say, the first hot weather hit and the condensate line that was installed has reverse fall on it and it leaked all over my lathe and plaster ceiling and original hardwood floors in our farmhouse. We have asked them to repair, give credit for the damages we had to incur and they simply will not respond. We have a skeleton of a system, no heat and no AC installed in the main floors of our home as they will not complete the work without payment. We are happy and have offered repeatedly to pay a fair portion of the Estimate minus the damages and with the original agreed upon equipment Installed but cannot get a resolution. We are hoping to get this resolved in a way that will work for everyone but cannot seem to get their attention. Hoping this review can be turned around with some contact from them.
GG Mechanical has a very professional hard working team. They showed up when they said they would, very cordial, knowledgeable and were efficient with their time. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs! They even took the time to explain what they had done so we could understand. An easy 5 stars! I will definitely be using them again and recommending them for HVAC needs.

Great service with excellent communication from start to finish! Explained all options and prices and answered my questions and concerns . Definitely recommend if you need A/c , heater work or your furnace looked at or replaced. Will do more work with them in the future!

I was very impressed with GG Mechanics on several levels. There communication from start to finish was clear and outstanding. They were punctual and worked quickly from the first day I called to the final conversation on how to work the unit. Installation was short, pricing was great and unit works well and is easy to operate. I highly recommend GG mechanics to all. They know their stuff!
I have hired GG mechanical to install bathroom fans and AC and couldn’t be more satisfied with their work! They were great to work with from beginning to end and I highly recommend! They walked me through all of my options and patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be working with them again!
GG installed the furnace with my new home and I was so happy with their work product I ended up calling them back out to hook up the air conditioner. They were very fairly priced, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me how to adjust the dampers they installed and seem to stand behind their product. I definitely recommend giving them a call!
Good heating systems, but hard to reach their attention and commitment to the scheduled service/problem solving.

Heater system was laid out to design, was not working well. Called them back and they fixed it right away. System is great now!
