We recently used Clawson A&E to replace our entire HVAC system from top to bottom. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with the entire process from the bid to the install. Rick was great to work with during the bid process and took the extra time to help us decide what we needed for our space and explain what our options were. Ruben Nick and Zack did our install on time and on schedule with very little down time on our system. From the new pad for the ac to the new sheet metal work all done on site and it all looks and functions perfectly. We had more than one contractor working in the space and they were able to coordinate without any problems. We have used Clawson for over 10 years to maintain our old system and they have never disappointed us. Thanks for a great experience. This was a large project and a significant investment in our home and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.
Justin was awesome! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all future services. Above and beyond service. We will for sure stay with the new company because of him.
Updated Review: Job date June 2023 We just had A&E Heating ( they bought Clawson) do an A/C install on our existing forced air system. Let me tell you, they did a great job. The crew showed up on time. Ruben, Nick, and Zach were top notch dudes. They knew exactly what needed to be done and got after it. There was also at one point where a change to the plan needed to be done. And Ruben explained to me way and showed me the fix before starting it. I really appreciated that. You can tell all three of those guys care about their trade. All in all I would highly recommend this company to do anything heating and cooling related. Thanks!
Update 5/12/2023 - We did have Clawson replace our system last year. We were pleased. They came out on Thursday, 4/27/23 to provide a one-year checkup and service on the system. Everything seemed to be fine. The next day was the hottest day of the year so far - the first over 80. We open windows in the morning to get fresh cool air, then close up. Our house is well insulated, so the AC did not kick in until after 6pm. We noticed it was running a long time, and then that the outdoor ac unit was not running. We called, but had to leave a voice mail. No one called back. I reached them on Monday morning. They came out to check, and it miraculously was working fine. They let me know that they have been purchased by another company and currently have no after hours service available. So we just have to hope it keeps working. Today is Friday, and the next really hot day. Our AC turned on at 7:30 pm, except once again the outdoor condenser unit does not turn on. And again, no after hours service is available. I am sad to say, we are no longer happy customers. Original Review: We have used a different company for the last 10 years. Our furnace was serviced at the end of September and we were told that everything was fine. Two weeks later, our furnace would not turn on. A technician came and found a lot of rust (which had never been mentioned by any prior tech) and said we would need to either do a major repair or replacement. We ended up with a truly ridiculous quote on replacement. We called Clawson for a second opinion. Brent checked everything thoroughly. After a couple hours, he had it fixed. The system's air intake was stuffed full of leaves - something our previous company never checked in 10 years! We talked about how best to keep tabs on the rust issue, what to look for, etc. We will need a new furnace at some point, but not right now. When we do, we will definitely call Clawson!
Technician Justin was on time, answered all our questions and performed regular maintenance needed. Thank you Clawson. First time using this service but will continue for sure. Locally owned business.
Justin came and did a wonderful job. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and get things working again. He explained some general maintenance tips that will come in very handy and keep my system working well. He even put the new filter in I had laying around. I’m definitely keeping their number in my phone for the future. Thanks
I replaced my old heater and added an A/C unit six months ago. The installers were on time, and did a beautiful job. I was given an overview and instructions on using the new thermostat and filter cleaning. They called me in six months to come and make sure the heating unit was functioning properly, cleaned the filters and said they'd be back in October to do the same for the new A/C unit. They weren't the cheapest bid, but they sure are the best choice and I'm happy to say I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a competent company to do business with!
We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and courteousness shown by the whole team. They were tasked with: installing a heat pump, air handler, removing 90% of the flexible ductwork with metal, and separating the area of the home into 3 climate zones. They came with a plan in hand and truly listened as we asked for a tweak here and there. Upon completion, the basement where they worked looked better than when they arrived. Before & after picture. Notice no more white pipe & no more flexible ductwork. This guys were great!!!!!
Clawson expertly installed my H/AC system in 2010 and has serviced and maintained the system since then. I can’t say enough good things about this company as it and their employees have always shown the highest level of reliability and professionalism in their dealings with me.
We had Clawson Heating & are to come out to check out our furnes. Thy was at our house 15 minutis erley well manered man knew his trade well found the problem in a resenable time.

Used these guys several times on my 30-year-old furnace. One night before the end of February snowstorm my furnace finally passed away. 9 inches of snow outside and now freezing inside Called clawsons and had a Tech out the next day who confirmed that the furnace was on life support. After saying a few words regarding the long rewarding life of furnace we pulled the plug. Yyou can never really replace your first furnace but the new more efficient furnace is doing a great job keeping our tootsies nice and warm. Thanks a bunch guys....

We have used Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning since our house was built in 1997. They have been nothing but professional, responsive and honest. Our furnace and air conditioner need to be replaced and I will absolutely use Clawson to help with the purchase and installation of these items.
Phillip Johnson came to check out why heat pump wasn't working. Air conditioner fluid had leak out and we can't replace. Have to replace whole unit. Unit is 14 years old. Phillip was very efficient with diagnosis.
They came out the same day I called & came earlier than anticipated which was great. They fixed the problem, super professional, I would recommend them.
Company recently sold. I liked the personal service of prior owners but so far most staff is still there and the repair people are great. Professional and knowledgeable and nice. The answer service and all doesn’t meet prior standard but service has been good so I’m sticking with them for now.
