Be very careful... I signed for a $156.98 bill and credit card was charged $345.98.. very misleading business practices

My disabled son lives in a mobile home and call me and said he didn't have heat. I called Gresham Heating and they had someone out that afternoon. The young man who came to do the repair was named Mark, he did the job and I want to thank him and Gresham Heating for taking care of this matter so quickly and you now have a new customer. K. Marks
Very unprofessional, the workers in the office rude, mean, lied about what I was going to be charged. My siginature was forged by the guy who worked on my unit. His name is Steven. He never showed me the bill or gave me the opportunity to sign it myself. Gresham heating and air conditioning is not willing to admit anything, I have it all on video an audio. They do not list their business address for a reason. Please be aware!! I've called the attorney general the Better Business Bureau and Channel 2 News. I'm finding out they have many complaints on them.
The place was the only company that responded when I called. They showed up and were very social and on time.
The technician, Steve, was thorough in reviewing my system and made recommendations on how to proceed with maintaining and updating my system. He documented what was wrong with the system. He was very professional and pleasant.
My technician was Steven Olson and he was extremely knowledgeable and checked all the boxes while diagnosing my problem. I have been having the same issue with my unit since we bought our house. The other company, who also installed the unit 10 years ago only went with the easy fix prior without fully checking the unit out, and because it was still under warranty at the time, only did the minimum necessary to "fix" it. I will definitely use Gresham Heating for all my future repair needs.
Scheduled an appointment. No one showed up and no one contacted me. Called multiple times and was old dispatch they'd contact dispatch and find out what is going on. No follow up. Called again and was told "no one can come out until Monday." Horrible customer service. Will not use.
Corey was here as expected. We recevice a text that he was on the way complete with a picture. Quick and thorough and repaired. He answered all our questions and seemed knowledgeable. Will call them when we need a new furnace/AC. Thanks Gresham Heating

I called and got a tech out here the same day. I was sent a picture of Steven along with his number. He showed up on time, was straight forward (operator error caused the problem) and through. The problem was fixed quickly and he gave me some helpful advise on carbon monoxide detectors(get something between 1-50ppm detection) and placement (high up next to the air inlet for my hvac system). Since my system is 22 years old he even gave me a ballpark estimate for a new system. I've had a lot of service calls at my house over the past 5 years and Steven easily ranks in the top 3! I'll happily call him back when something else breaks.
