Jordan and Ryan are genuinely awesome folk. They basically walked me through everything they were doing so I knew exactly what they were checking and things to watch out for in the present and future. They are extremely down to earth yet highly knowledgeable, and they made my husband's day (who is a retired veteran, with severe disabilities) by coming out after hours to fix an issue so he could get some much needed rest that night. We only trust them now with our hvac needs. Added Bonus: Jordan is a Nest certified technician as well
I have used Climate Kings several times during the past few years~furnace repairs, new furnace install and now an AC unit, just in time for the latest heat wave. I am super happy with the unit and the responsiveness of Jordan and his crew. He basically had to work around my very complex schedule and I'm happy to say, I'm loving my first day with air conditioning! 100% would recommend this company.

Jordan has fully blown me off. Our business relationship started off great, he was prompt, talented and professional. Then out of no where he started missing appointments, making excuses, and not following up on unfinished work that he has already received payment for. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but its been almost 3 weeks since I've last seen him, and 13 days since he has last replied to any number of phone calls and text messages. The guys talented, maybe just in over his head, but the fact that he asks 60% down on to schedule jobs and then doesn't come through is very suspicious.
I've used Climate Kings on multiple occasions and multiple properties. Most recently, they repaired our home A/C unit. Climate Kings showed up when they said they would. The repair took 2 days, due to having to get additional parts. They fixed everything necessary on our older air conditioning unit right before a 99 degree day. It now works like a champ! We have recommended Climate Kings to family and friends, who have all been very happy with their service. We've been using Climate Kings for years, they've always done a great job! I wouldn't use anyone else.
A conman drumming up business by scaring people by telling them that their furnace has cracks emitting carbon dioxide. Shame on you.
I have used Jordan for years to service my furnace/AC Unit and he has done well maintaining it.
Found Climate Kings on google search and contacted them. Jordan is the owner, he had a scheduled day off but was very helpful in taking care of my AC unit on a 110+ degrees day. AC unit stopped working the night before on a 100+ degree day. Highly recommend his company if you're still browsing around.

Horrible communication.
I wanted to get our heat pump tuned up for the summer. It's been a while since we have had that done. With the fires and freeze just wanted to make sure it was running correctly. I called and emailed multiple companies and no one answered the phone, called or emailed back. I put some info into Angies list to see what companies came up on that site. I did not recognize any of the four companies that came up. Wrote them down and was going to look them up. 5 minutes later I get a call from a Jordan Green. He says he is from Climate King and got my information from Angies list. He says he is running a tune up special right now for $99. I ask if I can call him back. As I said none of the well-known companies responded to me so I gave Climate Kings a call back. Jordan came out a few days later in his own personal vehicle and wearing mask. He was very friendly. Answered all of our questions. Showed us a contactor on the heat pump that was getting worn and would need to be replaced soon. He went into the garage to check out the furnace. He said that we should get the main blower fan wheel cleaned and degreased. We talked about how much time and money that those suggestions would cost. We agreed to have them done on the following Saturday. Made a verbal appointment agreement. Later that day Jordan emailed me the receipt for the tune up special. I asked about our appointment to make sure it was scheduled. He sent me an appointment reminder for the day. Awesome we are all scheduled he seemed like a cool guy. Seemed a little expensive for it all but I know that the well-known names are expensive too. On Friday I received a email reminder about our appointment the next day. Saturday came along. Our appointment was scheduled for 11am to 1pm. At 3pm no show, no call, no email. At 4pm I called and left a message asking what happened to our appointment. It was a beautiful day that day and we as a family waited around for our appointment when we could have been enjoying the day somew
I hired Jordan in January to replace an old unit that I had in my business. I was excited to work with a small company since my business is family owned and operated. I do believe it’s important to support small businesses especially during this Covid day and age. We paid Jordan nearly $5000 as a deposit to begin our project, and he came out and ripped out our old unit and ductwork. However, he then told us that he would be unable to replace the ductwork himself and it would need to be subcontracted out. (If we knew this in the beginning, we would not have hired him to do the project.) Two weeks after the project started, He got one quote for the small amount of ductwork to connect the new unit to our building and it was nearly double the entire project cost. Jordan said he would get us some more quotes and to give him a couple days so we waited, and waited. The next week we felt as if we were not being made a priority and our business was still without heat, so we requested to terminate our contract with him and to receive a refund for the project so we may have the opportunity to work with someone else. He said that that was fine and that he would get back to us that evening about resolving what kind of a refund was due. We did not hear back from him. There was many conversations going back-and-forth where he said he would get back to us and he would give us itemized receipts but it was excuse after excuse and we have been left hanging without heat in our business for two months! Unfortunately we have had to go through filing a complaint with the CCB and will be proceeding to small claims court to get any money back. This has put our business and our family in a very stressful financial situation. Three people have lost income since there has been days too cold to work, and some clients have cut session short because it is too uncomfortable in the building. The temperatures outside are getting cooler and my HVAC system is working harder to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house. Like many home owners we sometimes forget the preventative maintenance needed in order for things to run more efficiently. When I called Climate Kings, a technician was able to come out the next day! Jordan was helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, punctual, and efficient with his work. Clearly experienced and knowledgeable about systems and care. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Jordan was timely and serviced our outdoor unit. I called around and where most companies were “good luck” and “maybe can see you in July”, Jordan assessed and fixed our issues without hesitation. Definitely, recommend Climate Kings and will be using them for my future needs.

Jordan and his team are amazing. They showed me exactly what the issues were and what previous techs missed or neglected to do. We ended up having to replace a heat pump unit, but these things happen. Pricing was fair and they were quick with the turnaround and installation. Professional, Punctual, Communicative, Respectful and Responsive. They were the first company to get back to me and I am glad that I went with them. I highly recommend them and would do business with them again. If you are in need of a high quality HVAC tech/repair/installation company, than look no further.
