The Earth Heating was the best part of a very difficult build on the Oregon coast. Emir was responsive and reliable, driving quite some distance for our job, the crew was professional and fast. I will definitely be recommending them to others, which is no small thing. Highly recommended, we had radiant heating installed and our floors are nice and warm tonight.
Emir and Amela are great! They were very responsive and timely. Their team worked around our busy schedule to make sure we got our AC installed before summer started.
Our home had an old, complicated and failing propane boiler/radiant floor/water heating system. Emir and Cam replaced the boiler with a high efficiency unit, repiping the boiler room and also installed two heat pumps. They were absolute PROS. Highly recommended!
They were professional and courteous when I called to book. The prices were fair and they showed up right on time! While we had to order parts they did not charge when it was determined that the problem was bigger than the one part and would need a whole system replacement. I would not hesitate to call them again!
Were able to finally diagnose our unusual hydronic system, explain how it works and get it up and running with some slight repairs to extend the lifecycle. Glad I found them, as other HVAC companies were not able to work on it oy answer any questions for us.
I have personally used the Earth heating and cooling for all my HVAC needs. They have installed new A/C for me, maintained my gas fireplaces and furnace and replaced an entire furnace system. I recommend them to all my clients, friends and family. If you want a local HVAC company who will get the job done look no further!
Emir and Amela are great! I've used them twice and will always select The Earth Heating to help with our household needs. They were able to schedule work quickly and the tech they sent was courteous even though the repair was tricky. He stuck with it for four hours and came back the next day to complete the job. And the pricing was fair.
We had a recycling issue with our tankless water heater, I contacted The Earth because I saw the good reviews. An appointment was set up for a few days later, and Emir came to look. Quickly he discovered the problem and unfortunately it was because of neglected maintenance on my part. He described the least expensive fix first, warning that the corrosion may have caused fatal harm to the system. Emir offered options of replacing and rebuilding parts of the system vs. the cost of a new system. Our old Navian was over 11 years old, and the cost of repairs was close to the cost of purchasing a new Navian Tankless. Emir ordered the system and it was installed within a few days. I also purchased the maintenance program to be sure I had ongoing maintenance to keep my system in best working order. I was pleased with the crew that did the installation, pleased with the professionalism and efficiency.
We used The Earth to replace our gas furnace/forced air heating system with a new two-level radiant floor heating system using a combi-boiler. From his first visit to provide an estimate through many, many calls and emails to dial in the specifics and implement all the elements, Emir was unfailingly responsive, patient, and generous with his expertise. Kem both oversaw an elegant radiant PEX install as well as personally installing a beautiful combi-boiler setup. I can't recommend The Earth enough for any HVAC needs, large or small, but especially when it comes to radiant heating and new system design/install. Their work is immaculate and their professionalism and overall customer service provide enormous value for money to their customers.
The staff at The Earth Heating were so accommodating to my request for HVAC Service at my condo unit. When Portland was snowed in by the freak snow storm, they called me and explained that they were only able to perform emergency heating repairs and had to cancel our service request. Amela helped us rescheduled the HVAC maintenance service request the following week.They arrived on time and performed the maintenance as needed. We found the staff to be professional, courteous and a joy to work with. We would recommend us them if you need service, cleaning or maintenance of your heating or air condition ducts. Thank you!
Our home needed a complete heating system upgrade. We have both a forced air furnace and radiant heat system, so I really wanted to make sure I felt confident in the company doing such a large project. The Earth Heating was professional from the start during our estimate visit, and very transparent and honest about pricing and expectations. They clearly explained how a combi boiler was our best option and actually replaced both of our old water heaters with one unit and explained how it worked (see picture). Not only did they do a great job on both projects, when our old furnace unexpectedly died in the middle of Winter, they fit us into their busy schedule to do the replacement a month early! I'd highly recommend working with TEH.

You'd want them to know exactly what they were doing. You'd want the work done in a timely manner and to be informed completely about how the job was progressing. A very friendly, personable company that shows they care and are committed to your concerns. Have used Earth Heating for years and it gets better each time. Out of the blue, I received an email giving me tips on how to make my air quality in my home better, when we had the fires in our surrounding communities & state. Due to that email I was able to make my home air quality much better by following a couple of simple steps from Earth Heating. They are very responsive and I couldn’t ask for better service!
Called for a new AC the quote, received an estimate the same day after our walkthrough. The next day they called back with some scheduling options. They arrived on time, installed the unit in just a few hours and cleaned up the area as if they were never here. Overall very pleased with the professionalism of the entire crew, the workmanship is very professional, and their pricing is a great value.
We moved into a home that unbeknownst to us had radiant floor heating in our daylight basement. With no operating instructions left behind by the previous owner, we had no idea how to operate the system. After a fairly exhaustive search for local HVAC firms that specialize in radiant heating of which there are few, we called Earth Heating and scheduled an appointment. Within days, their tech arrived, sprang into action, did a troubleshoot of our system and got it into working order in no time. The system was explained to us and we now enjoy a warm and cozy downstairs which before was impossible to adequately heat, always chilly and just not welcoming. We highly recommend Earth Heating for all your HVAC needs.
We reached out to several companies to get estimates for a major radiant heating overhaul and The Earth Heading's bid was by far the most reasonable. We were really impressed with the quality of work they did as well as their professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and understood how the new system worked. Will absolutely use them again!
Great team of people - Emir and Cam were great while my 100 year old radiant heating system was upgraded and experienced a few malfunctions and problems. I could call and text Emir even on a saturday night and he would respond.
Emir and the rest of the team are incredibly professional, kind, and quick to respond. We worked with them on putting in an entire new heating system in our home in 2017 and continue to be wow'ed by their fantasitic customer service.
