They were great before the merger. Once they went with Divine went down hill. Nothing was sent about the merger, they don't come out on Fridays for regular service, the main number goes to a call center now and they have canceled 3 appts on us.
The team at divine heating, and cooling were great! I had my Mitsubishi ductless mini split systems cleaned. And an estimate to add two more. They were able to get me in on the same day during the same window as to not waste my time. This was next level customer service. Damien Seven was my technician and was kind and paid great attention to detail and care with cleaning up any debris. He wore booties when he came in and out of the house and explain to me in detail what the next steps would look like for the next cleaning. I so appreciated this. Thank you! I also had Matt May from there estimation team give me an estimate to add two more ductless mini split systems in my townhome. While I am unable to do this at this time because of cost, he explained the process in great detail, and I felt confident that if I could hire them to do this that they would do a great job. Matt told me about a subscription that I could pay for a monthly that would include future cleanings and service and give me a discount on any materials needed for replacement. As a sales professional, I appreciated Matt making the most of our time. Matt also wear booties in and out of the house each time and was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend divine heating and cooling to anybody needing their service.
Danny was very knowledgeable. Was able to answer all of my questions. He even fixed something that was installed wrong from another company. I will definitely use again.
The tech was on time, polite, patient knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely fashion.
I called them, and they were able to accommodate us on one of the busiest days of the season. Fixed my ac in 3 hours, it had been down for 3 days. They charged me as per earlier agreement. They have a happy customer.

Extremely pleased with our Heat Pump installation from Control Techs NW. They were on time, efficient, and very thorough. It was quite a large project, over several days, and you simply could not ask for better service and execution.
Control Techs did a thorough assessment of my heating system to install an air cooling stem that works with my current system. They were professional and followed up promptly with questions that I had.
I had a problem getting into the space for the filter to change it. Service person Readjusted door to filter to make it easier for me to open the filter "door" to change it.
From start to finish, extremely satisfied! They were ALL professional, friendly, and communication was amazing! I would recommend their team to anyone!

Ran into a snag last week, another issue with my 5year old furnace, a part has a crack, Kyle and Chaise have gone the extra mile on this for us. They are completely professional and apologetic for the snag. They are very thorough and take great care on fixing the problem. They do quality work as if it were their own home. This company is amazing, everyone is very helpful and friendly, they came and replaced our heat pump and furnace, they explained everything, we felt very happy with the service, and we have recommended them to two other people already.

Kyle and Chase arrived on time and completed their work of HVAC Maintenance and replacing the filters. I had just taken the house back from Renters so they were kind enough to use the shop Vac they had in the truck to get all of the debris and toys out of the filter compartment that the tenants children had dropped in thru the vents. My furnace is not easy to get to, it requires belly crawl in a crawl space, luckily the last Controls Tech fellow who did the HVAC installation had put down cardboard left over from the systems boxes so he didn't have to get in the dirt. It is nice to see an organization work as a team thinking about what would help the next technician who needs to get into the crawl space location.
Every single part of this process has been amazing with this company. From the quote through installation. I had received a few other quotes and the price, friendliness, efficiency is like nothing I have had before with this type of thing. From Austin’s knowledgeable quote, through Chaise and Kyle’s installation, We are extremely happy with their service!

Don’t use this company! They are by far the most expensive and charged an insane amount of money to do diagnostic work on my mini split only to be told that my unit was not fixable and I would need a new one. I had two other companies come out and give me quotes for the same work and both were around $300. This company charged $985, triple the cost of other companies. They then quoted $3k more for a new unit than the other two companies did. They also left the wall and area where they worked incredibly dirty and messy with drips and dirt marks all over the wall and unit. When asked for an itemized break down on the cost of why they charged so much, none was provided. This company feels greedy and money hungry and not a company I would trust using ever again.
Control techs NW was able to send Kyle and Chaise out same day to do a diagnostic on our furnace and find out why it had gone out twice over the weekend. The next day they had Austin out to give us a quote, two days after that Kyle and Chaise came back out and were able to install the new furnace for us! They were very professional, quick and efficient with installing the furnace and had it done in just a few hours! Their office staff were also very helpful and kind when we called in to setup the diagnostic. They originally weren’t going to have time until Tuesday to send someone out, after a few minutes they called back and were able to squeeze us in same day for which we were very appreciative of! Highly recommend.
