A Temp has been our go to for all our heating and cooling needs for years. Cole was our technician today, and he was awesome! He really took the time to do the service well, and answer all of our questions. He was very friendly, and we will request him for all of our future service calls!

Even though they couldn't fix my issue because my unit was so old. It was amazing to get a same day appointment especially with the heat we are having. Thank you Emily Joy you were an absolute pleasure.

Of course, our A/C went our right when the temps were rising into the 90s. We called A-Temp in Milwaukie OR and happily got an appointment within 2 days. Jason, the A-Temp tech, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, and had our system back up and cooling in no time. I really like that the company texts you in advance of your appointment with a photo of your technician. We signed up for the company's Comfort Club so we now have better peace of mind should anything else happen to our complete HVAC system
We love A temp. They answer the phone. Return your phone calls, and get the job done in a responsible time frame. We had to use another local company and their service was horrible. A Temp is top notch.
I can’t thank enough A-Temp heating, cooling and electrical for fixing our Air conditioner. We have rented our house and suddenly our AC stopped working. Our property management company said we need to replace the entire AC as per their technician it cannot be repaired. But Keith from A-Temp fixed our AC within 30 minutes and told us it’s working absolutely fine. Amazing service! Trust worthy company. So happy with their service.
Mico came out to give us a bid on a new heat pump. He was easy to work with and took time to answer all my questions. Tyler cleaned all of our vents. The process took less time than the estimate and Tyler kept the work environment clean. Tyler was easy to talk to and gave us helpful advice.
Brandon came and worked for quite a few hours checking my furnace and AC systems, cleaning them, replacing the filters in the furnace, and assessing them. He gave me good, clear information about their condition, showed me pictires, and helped me to understand what was going on. Important to me, he also did not pretend to know what he did not know and referred me to others in his company for more information. He was courteous and kind. He was a great representative of his company and its service!
I can honestly say, I only let Wylie do any PTUs or cleaning at my parents house. After working at Atemp for a couple of years I learned they are amazing!!! I have as a consumer come in contact professionally and personally with many companies and there is no place like Atemp. They train theirs techs to take the time the patients and go the extra mile. Shout out to Wylie for always being amazing and truthful and breaking down every step of the way so my parents know what exactly needs to happen and how to keep their HVAC working and in good condition. My parents ac needs love as there is damage and Wylie always keeps it up and going and making sure the house is comfortable. My parents are comfort club members, and will stay that way for a very very long time. Thanks Wylie and thank You Atemp!
