I researched a couple of options for an air purifier, but decided to go with Milwaukie for two reasons: 1) They seem to have the most promising reviews that indicates the product will be of good quality. 2) The price was relatively cheap for the product that they were selling. Upon installation, the timeliness, the ease on my part, and the quality of installation were all up to or better than my expectations. Nate was my installer. He’s a funny guy, very knowledgeable, adaptive to the weird set-up I have for my heating unit (long story, but it worked out due to his expertise), and he ensured I was completely satisfied before going above and beyond with his services. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m not sure of all the other installers at Milwaukie, but if you get Nate, you are in good hands. I can keep this review updated with any new information I get regarding the longevity of the air filter. But for now, after three months, there have been absolutely no issues. Just clean air.
I had an issue with my cooling system not working. Amy was very helpful and managed to get me on the schedule for the next day. Mark was very punctual and had my system diagnosed and running within an hour. I will definitely use them again!

Found and repaired a factory defect by brazing a cracked pipe. All under warranty. This was on a floating home so all tools and supplies had to be carted down to the house 800 feet. Excellent work.
Marc did an excellent job. He arrived right on time, was very thorough, and fully explained everything he did in an understandable way. We have dealt with him before and received the same professional quality work. He is one of the best technicians in our experience.

Worked with Nathan to explore options and prepare a bid. As much time was taken as needed to bring me up to speed. Written bid included multiple options with different equipment and accessories. In-home visit was easy to schedule and on-time. You couldn't be more professional than Nathan and Milwaukie Heating.

Marc was awesome, everything you'd want in a technician visiting your home, and then some. He was extra friendly with our dogs, patient and informative with me, very knowledgable, honest, and enjoyable to be around- especially easy going with a great sense of humor.

Yesterday, your crew wrapped up our job ahead of schedule! We are very satisfied by the work and our new heating and cooling systems: 2 new mini split heads and a new heat exchanger to use some of our old duct work. 5 stars to the crew. They were professional, courteous, clean and efficient. They worked quietly, and took extra care to protect our floors, keep an eye on our animals when they got in their way, and didn't leave a scrap of rubbish. The job lead did a great job reaching out to us throughout the job and #2 stepped up to do the same when #1 wasn't present. We are now learning our new systems and thanks to the crew for taking the time to show us the ropes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I called to schedule an estimate for a new air conditioner, and was so pleased to speak to Jasmine the scheduler. She was extremely helpful, polite and professional, and presents a terrific face for the company. I haven’t made a decision yet about which company I’ll use, but I am inclined to go with Milwaukee.
I would like to express my appreciation to Marc H. for his excellent communication skills and expertise. After a motor replacement and a tune up my heating system is quietly purring along. Marc explained everything so that I understood what needed to be done and the cost. The cost seems to be in line with other companies I checked with but Milwaukie does not push a monthly maintenance agreement like some other companies. Milwaukie H & C is also very responsive on the phone! I certainly appreciated that.
My elderly mother recently had her HVAC system replaced by Milwaukie and asked me to post a review. They were excellent to work with and very courteous and professional with her. She was very pleased doing business with them.
