Our air-conditioned quit working on the weekend before July 4th. I took a chance and left a message on their office phone. Brian called me on Monday July 3 and was able to schedule Cory for July 4th. Cory was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I also had the pleasure of service from this company in 2016 when my furnance quit at a former home. I was going through a divorce. They came out and serviced my furnace. The gentleman was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Even saved us some money. Also had them quote and install my a/c system. The crew that came out were amazing. The professionalism and craftsmanship were top notch. I would recommend them to anyone need heating and a/c work.
Responsive as they were able to come out in 2 days, other vendors said it would be a week.

Comfort Solutions did an excellent job in installing a new AC for us. The technicians were very knowledgable and explained exactly what the process would be. They worked well together as a team and got the work done in less than a day. After they finished the installation, they explained everything they had done to get the unit installed and how to use the new thermostat. We were very pleased with the work and the installation. Communication in scheduling was friendly and we were able to get someone out quickly. Jon Asuncion was our technician. He called me as I wasn't able to be there with my mother for the appt. He diagnosed and explained the situation very clearly. He also let us know there was a leaky pipe in our crawl space which we greatly appreciate! He was awesome! Thank you! We would definitely use Comfort Solutions again.
Comfort Solutions really has their act together. The whole process of getting our new heat pump, from the initial estimate to the actual installation, was smooth and seamless. Their staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Cody was great. He got to the heart of the problem quickly, and had the replacement part on-hand. The value was good as well. I will definitely be going to these folks in the future.

Cody was perfectly on time and did a wonderful job finding the problem and explaining things until I fully understand. There were reminder text, emails and calls which I do really appreciate. Very transparent, I didn’t feel upsold on anything and had a capacitor swapped that was reading low. Very confident and happy with the work performed and all my questions were answered.
This company provided a complete v/s heat pump and air handling unit for 20% less than that quoted from another PGE-recommended company, for exactly the same deliverables. Quick and professional response during all aspects of our interactions with them. After over 3 months of winter, we love the system - quiet, easy to use, very comfortable (always on target). We're also very pleased with the savings on our utility bill.
