Matt was great. They were able to get us scheduled a week out and installed a new furnace and AC in 2 days. They were fast and friendly. I would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
Love my new AC system from Central Air! Jake and Kevin were professional and respectful during the all day replacement project! Central Air has great financing options too. Highly recommend this company!!
Ryan was informed & so helpful! This company has the BEST Customer Experience of any I have known. Reasonable scheduling timeframes were very appreciated…Office staff is friendly too! Dustin previously serviced the furnace & he was extremely helpful as well! 100%.
Our technician Keenan was friendly, professional and very skilled. He fixed the AC and even went above and beyond for us. It was pricy but totally our fault for not changing the filter for wayyyy too long. Overall very satisfied with this service
John was fantastic! He walked me through what he was going to do, was thorough, and patient with me as I tried to direct him to the right locations for maintenance. He provided great recommendations for necessary follow up maintenance, and even gave my dogs some love.

Ryan Kenaston was the plumber from Central Air Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing and we've had Ryan over to our home before for plumbing needs. Ryan is a very courteous, friendly, and thoroughly professional plumber who does nothing less than his best in taking care of our plumbing needs for our home. Ryan is very good about explaining what he sees that needs to be done, and will take the care and time that is needed to fix everything correctly and with great precision. I really appreciate Ryan's thoughtfulness and kind consideration of what our home needs with regard to plumbing, and look forward to having him visit again when we have a plumbing need. Sean (and Tim) with Central Air were absolutely incredible! They were very respectful while working on our furnace and AC installation and the workmanship was phenomenal! Everything was perfectly cleaned up afterwards AND we finally had AC after being sweaty for weeks. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC upgrade at a great cost!

We use their monthly service plan for our older HVAC units, and so far are very pleased with the professional service. Brandon was great, very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative.
I've already given 2 very good reviews, but here is the paradox: they keep asking and making me think more about it - now I'm also thinking that, despite the good work (so far), the cost of Central Air is quite high. I will be shopping around and maybe get a similar experience at a more reasonable cost. Thanks much! A water heater replacement was close to $2600 (took only 3 hours for a new $1200 unit, including driving), and a quote to just *remove* an old, broken garbage disposal in the kitchen was ~$800. Consider this: ~$466 per hour to replace a water heater… ? I understand overhead, but caveat emptor?
Dustin was friendly and thorough, and the prices for repair are reasonable. We have used Central before for a plumbing issue and they did a great job !
Frank has been out before and I have always found him to be well educated about his job and happy to share information with us as homeowners. The office was a little slow to respond this time requiring three messages were left over the course of a week before we got a call back and then the day they were supposed to come out there were a no show / no call. Frank came out the next day and apologized for the delay.
Seth and Jake did a nice quick and efficient job. All areas cleaned up. Pleasant to work with and new what they were doing.
First, let me be clear that I have not had the opportunity to use this company for HVAC or plumbing services. I contacted them about an HVAC predicament that I am in to see if they would be able to help me out. The reason for this review has more to do with their professionalism and compassion in taking the time to not only respond, but to respond in a thoughtful and informative manner. Dan responded to my inquiry within a few hours. He researched the situation a bit before calling and was respectful and as helpful as he could possibly be. While he was unable to help me with the project at hand, I am grateful that he took the time out of his busy schedule to respond and provide me with some of the information I need to make an educated decision about ways to move forward. Most of the other companies I have reached out to have either just dismissed me quickly with a "we can't help you" or not responded at all. Kudos to Central Air for their respect, compassion, and thoughtful feedback.
Technician Keenan Garger arrived and immediately began to work on the A/C unit tune up, asking pointed questions. Was a reasonable price and all work was done while safely masked/gloved. Definitely will use this company again.
Ryan is always on time, pleasant, professional, and respectful. He quickly replaced the damaged outdoor spigot and reconnected my drop system. LOVE Central Air.
I called and was told someone would arrive same day. No one showed up, so I called after hours, and the woman on the phone was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. They called back the next day "happy to make an appointment for 3 days from now." Horrible experience, will never use again. Advise you stay away.
