i have left 3 voicemails and finally i got someone today and let them know we were having issues with our house cooling their response was its a rebalance and thats all they wouldnt take any responsibility for it , i even let them know i had a heart condition and they still are having me wait a week for them to check it

Great HVAC sevice, we use them at several locations. Colonial is one of the few construction referals i truly trust. Them seem to only give me what i need and nothing extra.
Poor Customer service and Rude workers

Got up on July 4, 2019 and A/C not working. Called Colonial at 0820 and left message. Colonial got back with us at 0840 and said a service man would be out in about an hour. Service man arrived about 0940 and replaced the capacitor to the fan. A/C now works well. Well done to Colonial.

very good people definetly put alot of care into their services
They have hired very good technicians but have a very high turnover. They rob employees of their regular time as well as most all of their overtime pay. They refuse to pay employees for time during mandatory meetings that can sometime last over an hour. Also rob them of travel time. The Ohio Department of Commerce and Ohio Attorney General have been made aware of their putrid business practices. Shame on them for treating Americans and Veterans this way !
