Today was our initial in person contract. Noah was a delight. After looking and contemplating possible short term fixes that were expensive and not going to last long he helped find the best replacement solution and financing. Looking forward to the installation tomorrow. By tomorrow afternoon I will stop melting like the bad witch of the west. Thank you PHC, gotta adore a family business.

Fred did an amazing job and I appreciate the work that he did to get my A/C unit back up and running. He was professional and was helpful in explaining the root causes. I was a shocked by how much the total repair was, so i don't know if I will use another commercial HVAC company again. But if I do I will be asking for Fred.
The 5 guys that way here did a great job I just wish they would have told me they was done

I can't really comment yet because I called 5vdays ago, but they couldn't get me an appointment until August. That was really disappointing. In the past, they have been great to work with.

I had to have my electric panel replaced. They were finished well before I was quoted. The job was done well. I really like that if something goes wrong, they are open and honest about it and then take care of it. This is the third time that I have had them out, all for different purposes, and have been extremely satisfied every time. I will for sure keep them on speed dial in case anything were to come up. Thank you for everything.
We were impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, professionalism & honesty. Rep came to check why the A/C was not cooling off the house & discovered the compressor was going bad & kicking off the circuit breaker... resulting in the need to replace the A/C Unit. Our thermostat was reading 90 degrees & we have health conditions & the heat was affecting us. The Rep worked hard to get a date for urgent installation & because Pickerington H/C installed our furnace we were able to get a continued customer discount❣️👍🏽👏🏽🙌🏽
Showed up on time and were very professional. Reviewed all work to be completed and again when the work was done. Installers were extremely friendly and very competent.

We have a maintenance contract, 2 services a year. I have 2 houses and at 1 the furnace was fried and will have to be replaced. I'm working with Five Star to finance and replace it.
Repaired toilet shutoff valve, installed new toilet fill valve replaced two toilet flush valve seals. Adjusted 3 bathroom sink stoppers. In and out in an hour. On time respectful of me and my house. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

You be the judge whether the workmanship & installation material used is a 5 Star quality. I purchased a brand new AC unit. Is it a quality installation that the insulation pipe was split broken after only one winter? See photo attached. Both the sales person and 5 Star Heating & Cooling Customer Service emphasized that the installation material including the insulation foam is not covered in the One Year Installation warranty. In comparison, the insulation pipe from my original Unit was never cracked or split even after over 25 years.
