Cannot say enough good stuff! Christmas Eve's eve, (which fell on a Friday), during the massive snowstorm, I came home from work around 9pm to find my family huddled under blankets in a 56 degree house. After calling 7 different HVAC companies, Mr. Sayre not only returned my call, but came back out in treacherous driving conditions after working all day restoring heat to other families. He was able to fix our furnace quickly and charged a nominal fee. He was truly a God-send and a Christmas miracle for us!

The Sayre Heating & Cooling Inc was introduced to us in 2019 by a university colleague. The Sayre company installed a high efficiency AC and Furnace for us in 2019. We liked their services, fair price, honesty and professionalism so much that when we recently needed to change our second set of AC and furnace we called them right away. Sayer is a family owned business. They are honest, fair, polite, professional, on time and efficient. We recommend them wholeheartedly and without any reservation.

Jon always takes care of me and my family, to replacing the entire heater while I was on deployment, to sending a tech over at lunch to fix the AC. Always reliable, great customer service and worth the price.

Flame sensor was not working. Called Sunday morning, and the service tech arrived within and hour. He was professional and explained what was the issue. I had assure put in a furnace in 2018, and liked the work they did. I have always recommended them to other people and will continue to do so.
I contacted Sayre to come out and evaluate an existing HVAC system that was supposedly new at a place I had recently purchased. Sayre determined that the existing system I had was not sufficient nor up to current code. They wrote up a professional proposal of the work to be done and the total cost. Upon approval, the install crew was able to come out relatively quick and get started. While it did take most of the day to complete the install, the end result was work it. I now have a proper sized AC unit with a heat pump. Definitely will have Sayre continue to service my new system. Very pleased with the work they performed.
The guys listened to the AC and had it fixed within about 15 minutes. Very friendly. Great service!
Absolutely everything about them is tremendous. From the estimate, the demo, the install, and to the final walk-through. I have been using them for thr past 5+ years for general maintenance. When it finally came to upgrading both of my units, they made everything simple and easy. The prices are very competitive and the service is outstanding. The four guys that came to my house were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Ill never call anyone else for my HVAC needs.
We have used Sayre for over 15 years and would not use anyone else. From yearly a/c and furnace inspection, to thermostat installation, and last year replacement of our air conditioning unit and furnace. Always professional, honest, and reasonable prices.
I have almost no knowledge about HVAC and the man I talked to was able to explain everything very clearly and kindly! They even answered all of my questions over the phone without an unnecessary visit. I will definitely be using them from now on. I am so grateful for their help!
We have been using Sayre Heating & Cooling for all of our heating and cooling needs since we moved to Pickerington 7 years ago. We would not entertain ever using anyone else. You will not find a more honest, friendly, professional business man than John Sayre. I realize in the Columbus area you have so many choices, but for us our only choice is Sayre. I know you don't want to have to call a heating/cooling company for an emergency but if you do call John, you will never be disappointed. Thank you again John.
Sayre heating and cooling did an excellent job explaining what we needed and how they would install the HVAC system. They were courteous with how they dealt with furniture and our stuff. I highly recommend them. Good price, and very professional.
I've been using Sayre's for nearly 20 years in that time they have installed five units for us, all over our property. This latest visit was to service our first unit they installed. They were able to get us back on line without new parts and providing us great savings. Thanks John

Quick turnaround. Reasonable pricing. Good work. Reliable! Kind and personable. Really appreciated that they got here quick before the record-breaking heat in central Ohio. It was so very hot and humid.
Mr. Sayre was very impressive in his knowledge of my furnace. During the really cold days my heat would not work. He figured it out! The best part he was able to see fit me in his schedule for quick results. He was affordable and extremely customer oriented. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as good as it should. I would highly recommend him for your type of heating and cooling needs.
I run a chiropractic office and we just got a new A/C unit installed two weeks ago. Best technician, install was a breeze, they were so responsive to our needs. Quality product for the best price. I would definitely recommend John and Lloyd at Sayre for service or purchase!! Best part of my story is....it's sooooo cool in here now! (Even on the hot days!!)
