Mike arrived when he said he would and took care of us right away. Our issue was fixed within 30 minutes of him arriving. He was very professional and honest. Will definitely be calling this company next time when we have an issue!

Larry came highly recommended by a friend and LRF did not dissapoint! Larry came out within an hour of placing the call and was quickly able to assess what was going on with my furnace. He ultimately helped me put in a new furnace at a price that was unbelievably good. He helped me to understand all that was going on, was very caring, informative and professional. As a bonus, he had treats in his pockets for my dogs, even more a testimony to his exceptional character. LRF Maintenance is a rare find! They deliver customer service that is so uncommon today! Call them! You can trust their work and pricing and will be the next person to recommend them to your friends!
I just hate the feeling when you don't get a price upfront and feel you have been taken advantage of. I questioned on him on a simple repair requiring a twenty dollar part and 15 minutes is $259. Response included his 401K, vacation time, health insurance, taxes?? Don't we all have these ,,but are they an excuse for charging as such.. Sorry, but never again sir..
Thought we’d made a non-emergency appointment to change out our sump pump. A service they advertise. Lrf didn’t show, didn’t text or email that they wouldn’t be here. Totally nonresponsive. Totally unreliable. I wouldn’t hire them to scoop the doggie poo in my yard. Avoid if at all possible.
LRF was able to fit me in for an electric water heater install just hours after I contacted them. Very professional and reasonable price. I highly recommend.
The technician was speedy and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was, was able to fix it, and helped me understand how to keep it from happening again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for HVAC services.
Our air was down and I had called another company twice, I decided around noon to look for other recommended HVAC and called Larry. He happened to be driving by and fit me in, he was at my door within minutes. He fixed our unit, taught me how to clean it and was nice to talk to. I really appreciate the wonderful service!
If I could 100 stars I would! This was our second opinion to fix our AC unit. We were quoted by the first company $4,500 for a new AC unit. The one we have is only 7 years old! I don’t know anything about HVAC, but that seemed crazy! My husband called this morning and Larry was out to our house within a few hours. He fixed it for about 5% or the original quote and didn’t need to replace a thing!! Good, honest, and reliable work by this company! Unfortunately that kind of thing is getting harder to come by.
Called to have our sump pump replaced, owner came out same day, and got someone out the next day to do it... They did a great job! No complaints here!

Returned call quickly and got my furnace running again within a couple of hours.
Our air conditioner wasn't working this morning (Sunday) . We had called Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling, they were booked until Tuesday. I called LRF Maintenance, the owner, Larry answered the phone and came right out to fix the air conditioner for us. We will definitely call Larry again in the future. Jennifer
