I was very pleased with the service I received from Purvis with this firm. He was timely, explained everything, offered repair options and did a beautiful job on the repair and the clean- up! I would definitely recommend it!
Very satisfied with the services offered. The personnel are friendly and answered all of my questions. Our technician, Fred, was on time and promptly called me at work upon his arrival as I had requested. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me before making the repair.
As usual service was on time, efficient, helpful, through. The team worked around our schedule. They arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. The furnace works very well and we are very happy with it. 👍👍

Both techs were polite and helpful. Lady at the Office called the morning of the appointment and confirmed that Joe would be coming in the window of time of the appointment. Joe was very careful in cleaning and checking our air conditioner. He explained information about our equipment and answered all of our questions thoroughly.
