The visit was to see me a new unit and I don't appreciate the approach and will not call you again
I called around and nobody but this company would come out today. It surprised me and he was here with in like a hour of my initial call. Fixed my problem so quickly I couldn't believe it. I've opted for their maintenance program and glad I have. They really care about their clients.
The entire staff from sales to installation was very professional. After installation we went on a walk through and operations were explained.
First time user based on recommendation of a neighbor. Very courteous and informative. Very happy with them.
As with all of US Heating's technicians, Ron was courteous and competent. He was here to fix our furnace with hours of calling. I am confident that he fixed what was wrong.

The lady, over phone mentioned said they would charge 119$ to come and look. So i went ahead. I have used them to look at my furnace issue. It ended circuit breaker going down. They did looked at heater for some indexes. Ended up just circuit breaker thing. They charged 355$ for that short task. I felt terified at first after hearing that price. I feel that price should have be updated at first itself. 355$ for looking is to much for me.. I may not go back to them. Update: Tony from management called and agreed to return back some amount. I appreciate the management taking the reviews real serious and respecting customers opinion.. I will encourage such kind of business. Thank you.

The tech emailed/texted us when he was on his way, was on time, courteous, and responsive to our questions and concerns. Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed and repaired/fixed our problem quickly. The Technicians that you sent We're very courteous and helpful. Yet he explained everything after they got done and they made sure that we knew what was going on and that everything, I could have not asked for a better technician.
Always on time. Friendly, professional, quality work. We've been using them for more than 15 years now.

Jeremy is wonderful. We have always had the best experience with him. He takes time to explain things and he is very knowledgeable about the systems. He provides tips and tricks every time he visits. He adds a personal touch to his service. Our family has benefited for 6 years with his service.

The unit was installed in 2007. This was the annual inspection and all elements passed. This confirms I made an excellent choice in selection of a contractor and its products.
Awesome Job! I was very impressed at the professionalism they endured! Explained all work done and how the systems works thoroughly. Cleaned up very nicely at the end also. Definitely would give a 5 star rating and would recommend!

This company is great. They take good care of their customers. pleasant when you set up an appt for service. The service men that comes out are very nice and very educated as to what they doing.
