I have two furnaces in my home. Bill, the owner, helped me rectify a poor installation done by a competitor. I have never in my life wrote a review of a company before but Bill's commitment to eliminating a constant knocking of my furnace led me to write this one. Customer service is not totally dead, there are still those that provide excellent customer service and Bill sets the standard.
