Great organization to work with. They installed both my furnace and A/C a number of years ago and maintenance them annually. I rarely have a problem, but if I do they are very responsive.
We highly recommend Cullins One Hour. Our AC compressor went out on a 90 deg Saturday. The weekend recptionist had someone out within a few hours. The technician arrived when scheduled and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour.
Alya and Kyle were both very professional, worked extremely hard and thoroughly explained everything they were doing every step of the way. The new heating and air conditioning system they installed is very energy efficient and quiet. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to answer questions. Everything was great - start to finish! I highly recommend Cullins One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning!

Cullin's One Hour is a wonderful company. They installed a complete new system in 2007 and has been maintaining it for me on a regular bi-annually basis ever since. The technician with this service is a great person and does his job with passion.

After multiple techs checked the furnace and two parts had been replaced with no change in the issue, Mike sorted out the problem within minutes due to his previous experience troubleshooting the same strange electrical issue in the past. As always, I’m very satisfied with Mike’s professionalism and candor regarding not only the issue but the very simple fix. Not only did he explain what the issue was but walked through the steps that led him to his final conclusion and showed me what the problem was while standing at the furnace as opposed to simply explaining it in the living room. Fantastic service and I can’t recommend Mike enough.
Always great service and excellent work from the technicians. I've used Cullins for many years, and never been disappointed. Their Comfort Club maintenance is certainly worth a bit extra, and it gives me great peace of mind. They're the best. Always prompt and professional. And genuinely nice folks! My mind is at ease because I know they take such good care of details.
