Tim Smith supported me on my project. First time I have worked with this group and was very pleased. Was told by Gahanna Heating and Cooling to replace my whole system. Tim and his team discovered my unit was still under warranty and got it all buttoned up for 1k. Treated my right. Trust them moving forward

They were able to come out same-day to look at our furnace, which had stopped working on a cold day. Not only did they identify the issue quickly, Austin also took the time to educate us on what was wrong. They repaired the part for a reasonable price and very quickly.

Yes, our HVAC was jacked up by other repairmen. But Columbus Comfort Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. With their professional "know-how' it is fixed. Our Church is comfortable now. The repairmen were professional, respectful of our time, efficient, the work done right with quality materials and the bill was fair. We use no other company for our heating and air now. God is good!
Did deep research on several HVAC businesses around Columbus for my HVAC needs. Really liked Columbus Comfort's web site, reviews, products, and what they advertised as their unique differentiators. Called the customer service rep and discussed my needs with her at some length. I really wanted to work with them. She offered to discuss my needs with the owners (somewhat unique) and call me back *that day*. I called at the end of the day and a second rep attempted to get a hold of her (She had already left). No response. The second rep took my information and assured me she would have the first rep call back the next day. Still no response. So much for the website's claims of "Trusted, dependable service". I am glad to have discovered at the initial phone call. WISE Heating and Cooling delivered on their commitments.
Allen and Dean came to replace our water heater. The were great! Allen was an excellent communicator and helped us to understand what he did. Dean was meticulous with his clean up. They were both super kind, quick, and thorough!

Everyone I dealt with was prompt, professional and great to work with. They replaced the unit in a less-than-ideal space at a condo unit. They worked with my schedule, and flexed the timeline to meet a deadline while working around a heatwave. The techs, Justin and Devon, we’re kind, communicative and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better!
This is an unsolicited response - Tim and his team are incredibly professional. They were called to replace my furnace, and clearly explained to me that I had an option of repairing the furnace rather than replace to extend the life a few years. Ultimately, I chose to replace the unit and they did it quickly, cheaper than other quotes for the same/similar units, and were professional throughout. I can’t recommend Columbus Comfort any higher—my neighbor and a friend both used them and had the same experience. They are high quality, don’t oversell, on time, and professional.
We had an excellent experience with Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling. When our A/C died, they quickly sent our sales rep Daniel to us and he did a thorough evaluation and had our estimate to us right away. They had crews out to replace our A/C the next business day. The team that did our install included Allen, Dean and Devon and they could not have been more professional and courteous. They were on-time, worked efficiently, cleaned up their work site, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use this company in the future for HVAC needs.
Had an on-going problem with my furnace for about two to three months. Columbus Comfort finally diagnosed the problem. Once the decision was made to install a new furnace, those guys were here the next day (which had to be the coldest and snowiest day of the year) getting it done! The entire staff is courteous, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and an extreme pleasure to work with. Thanks to Madison and Sami (for jumping through all the hoops along the way in a very timely manner), Austin and Austin for always being on time and bringing their senses of humor while freezing their toes off, and a special thanks to Tim for making it all happen. Would highly recommend Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling. Well deserved A+ rating with the BBB..
I called Columbus Comfort Heating and Cooling after my home warranty company claimed they were unable to find a technician to look at my AC system that was not working properly. Mike came out and discovered my system was leaking refrigerant and then inspected the rest of my 20 year old system. It was worn out and corroded. He was able to get me set up with an estimate and scheduled my home to get a new Rheem system installed within a few days. Alan, Dean and Derrick came out and removed my old system and installed the new one all in the same day. They did a great job and left my house clean. Alan explained in simple terms how to use the new system. I now have a quiet running system that puts out a much better air flow. The 10 year service, parts and labor warranty was a big selling point for me
Alan and Dean from this company were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came early, nice and on straight BEADT MODE when it came to putting in my new AC. I really recommend this company and these 2 employees Alan and Dean.
