I've had to use Crown Heating & Air Conditioning three times for AC and heat service and every time the guys that came out were very professional and did a great job. Today I had AC work done and tech came out and got me back up running. I highly recommend Crown Heating & Air Conditioning to anybody that needs work done!
I haven't had my furnace serviced in 3 years and when it went out, Greg was there to help. His professionalism allowed him to quickly identify the problem and replace a part. He was polite, courteous, and provided excellent coaching and tips to avoid future issues. Overall his customer service was phenomenal!
I submitted for a quote for a new unit and I received an e-mail back right away scheduling an estimate. The scheduling process was easy and the install was great. We also purchased a seasonal tune up package. They send out reminder cards when it is time to schedule maintenance to make sure that your unit it running at peak performance. I am truly impressed by the customer service that these guys provide. I highly recommend using these guys.
We had a gas furnace that hadn't been working, and the landlord wasn't sure why. He called Crown Heating & Air Conditioning because his usual guy wasn't reliable or getting back to us. We had an appointment set up right away, due to our schedules it was a couple days out, but we couldn't have been more impressed or happier with the service. Donald came out and walked us through the whole process, got everything cleaned out and fixed in no time at all. He's very passionate about the work he does! Thank you again!
Our tech was very thorough and advised me on the current condition of my HVAC equipment and suggestions on my option when it comes time to completely replace my HVAC system. Very professional. Would highly recommend!
The technicians arrived on time, informed me of what they were doing and answered all the questions I had. They went beyond to cover my floor and cleaned up after they were done. Very impressed with the whole process and I would definitely recommend them.
