Emergency call at 11:00 pm. Fixed by 11:40pm. Service faster than a pizza delivery; amazing doesn’t justify how pleased we were.
I had warranty work done. It was scheduled for 4 to 6PM. He arrived at 3:15PM. There was an email to let me know he was on his way. Bill, the technician, was extremely professional and informative. I enjoy working with Rudy Cools.

Rudy cools service technicians have been great. Unfortunately the install of a new HVAC and furnace has resulted in three install errors in less than one year. The install team didn't correctly connect the new unit to existing ductwork. Had to call out service teams multiple times to finally solve and fix error. The install team also incorrectly installed drain line and safety switch, which caused a flood in our attic in the emergency drip pan and into our porch. The service teams and call center teams are very nice, the install unfortunately has resulted in error after found error. Hoping this was the last issue and we can finally enjoy the new unit. 1 star for the install, 4 stars for the service techs.
These guys are the best!! Showed up promptly, worked diligently and exhaustingly to get my unit up and running. Reasonable prices and they were so friendly and just wonderful to work with. Highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs!!

Purchased a new customer tune-up special for $69 that was to include a diagnostic exam as to why it wasn’t cooling. Tech fixed the issue prior to homeowner’s approval which has placed me in a major financial bind considering I was only expecting $72 with tax and bill ended up being $245. I was not consulted prior to the fix nor shown the bad that was replaced.
They came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem (an electrical issue before the HVAC system), and helped point me in the right direction to get it fixed.
Rudy cools was amazing to work with. They were very professional, responsive, and transparent with us in the services they were providing. We had some disconnected ducts repaired in addition to HVAC maintenance and their pricing was very fair for the services! Would highly recommend!
Rudy Cools was on-point, from beginning to end. Within a 2 day period, we had our upstairs and downstairs AC & furnaces replaced. Usually this is stressful, with a 1 year old at home and working out of the house, but everyone involved was courteous, professional and clearly know what they’re doing. It was like they weren’t even here, even when they had an install upstairs on day 1. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC install and maintenance, as the pricing was more than fair and expertise seems unmatched!
