Our technician, Marcus C. was extremely pleasant to work with. He was very thorough in explaining the process, and he was very professional in how he handled the work order. He explained everything to me from start to finish, and had a very sweet demeanor as well. I have worked with GSM for many years and Marcus is definitely a great addition to your company.

We have always loved working with Gastonia Sheet Metal as they have always been so professional and always gone above and beyond to provide the best service available. We have the membership for the maintenance twice a year making sure that our system is prepared properly for summer and winter, it is worth every penny! Last Friday, June 30, by God’s grace, we had a scheduled maintenance that day. We had a technician by the name of Ethan Parker come out for our maintenance. Right before Ethan was due to arrive, we discovered that our air conditioner stopped working that day! We were so thankful that Ethan was already scheduled and came to our rescue! He did the maintenance and then he found the cause of the problem. He gave us options and solutions to what we needed to do to repair the problem. But he was able to work his magic and was able to get our air conditioner to start working, thankfully, all weekend long…. the hottest weekend of the year! Ethan was able to repair our air conditioning so that we had air this weekend until it could be fixed permanently. He did this without even asking, thank God, because he knew it needed to be done, and literally, he worked magic to get the system to work over the weekend so that we were comfortable the hottest day of the year! This service was far above and beyond the call of duty that I could’ve ever possibly imagined! My husband and I discussed the options that we had. I let Ethan know what we chose to do Friday evening at around 6:30, as he stayed until 6, making sure the system was cooling, and he immediately sent an email to the office so that I would not even have to call on Monday! He took care of it and he said they would call me when the part was in, to schedule a time for the installation. This kind of service is what sets GSM apart from all of the rest! I cannot say enough about this company this technician, and the other technicians that we use, are exceptional as well. Everyone in this organization
Marcus came out for my routine service and was on time, polite, and friendly. He got to work immediately and kept me posted on his progress.
They done a great job. Was here everyday on time and made sure they didn't leave a mess. There is only one thing that went wrong. We ordered a bronze door for the crawl space and got a white door.
UPDATE (6/30/2023): Still enjoying the service GSM provides. Marcus C was very personable and provided great service. He answered all of my questions that I needed to know. My service tech arrived 30 minutes early, which wasn't a problem at all. He got started and spent 2-1/2 hours inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining my HVAC and heat pump. He let me know what could be improved but no hard sell on any of the items. I signed up for the Loyalty Club Membership for about $30 per month, which took $100 off of my tune-up service. I'm pleased with the service that Austin Stanley from GSM provided including the equipment in my attic, which was super hot up there. I'll be using GSM again!
Marcus C was great and really through explained things in laymen’s terms. I wish he was our tech every time. Great service couldn’t ask for anything more.
GSM installed a new heat/air system in our house. The crew was outstanding! Stephen and his team were timely, professional, informative and very thorough with the installation. They addressed any and all questions we had regarding the new system. The team surpassed service expectations! GSM offered the best value in the area for replacing our system. We made the right decision in choosing GSM!

My ancient HVAC system finally bit the dust last week. A GSM tech (Cameron? Please look back and find out his name. He’s the reason I considered buying a new unit) advised me to consider finally replacing it. The comfort advisor, Tim, came and gave me an estimate the next day. One week later, Stephen and Austin, showed up to do my install. They were both personable and professional. They answered all my questions and did a spectacular job. I could have gotten quotes from other companies, but GSM’s consistent track record of delivering excellent service makes it the only choice for me.
GSM did a great job on our new ac installation. When the AC installers were here they were very polite and knowledgeable. Our new HVAC system works great and our power bill is way less. We also had GSM come out and do a gutter cleaning and gutter repair on our guttering system. They did a great job in all the services from start to finish. Great pricing and high quality service! We were highly impressed and will be using them for other home services in the future.
Will and Ethan are bright young men with a confident and positive attitude. Kind of refreshing and i am impressed which doesn't happen often. Will be back tomorrow to install new part.
Mandy from GSM SERVICES came out to service my AC unit and clean the coils. Mandy was very professional and very knowledgeable in her job. I was so impressed that we signed up for the annual checkups. Mandy thank you so much for your expert workmanship and advice at our home.
Timothy Worley and crew worked hard and got the job done. At this point I have nothing but praise for the way each phase was handled in replacing ducts, installing humidifier and incapsulation under our house.
Kobe and James were great! On time, friendly and knowledgeable! James even had to deal with a snake!! Always a good experience with GSM!
