STOP AND READ! I will be a forever customer for cornerstone comfort and let me tell you why. I woke up one morning and my house was as cold as my fridge. Not kidding. I messed with the thermostat, cut breakers off, looked at my unit (like I knew what I was looking at), even had my retired neighbor come over and see if he knew what could be wrong. So I went to YouTube and tried to figure out if there was anything I could do myself. Being a single mom of 2 I try to save money. As I was watching my 500th YouTube video, I decided to call around and get estimates. I called almost every HVAC companies around. No one had anything open for an emergency situation. Then, I finally called cornerstone. Not only did they come out SAME DAY, the office workers were kind, considerate and laughed with me, that I was trying to fix it myself. If I ended up trying to fix anything, it would have cost more in the long run because I’m sure I would have needed a whole new unit. So price point was amazing and affordable! The workers that came by were also very kind. We joked around and they got it fixed in no time! Trust me and leave it to the professionals! If I could do 100 stars, I would! Thanks Cornerstone Comfort for being professional, considerate, affordable and especially quick!

I had my Trane unit installed by Cornerstone Comfort in 2016. Have had it serviced every 6 months and have always had great service techs. My last service was no exception. Marques was knowledgeable and had a great personality. While he was he was at my home he also installed a Phenomenal Aire cold plasma generator on the unit to improve the inside air quality. He was able to answer all our questions. Thanks again...Becky Dickson

I've been using Cornerstone for a while and have been moderately satisfied with them but today they get 5 stars because the repair guy (Marques) was so nice, helpful, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He got everything fixed in no time. (Replaced draw motor) I've always said it the people that make or break a business. They better hold on to this guy!

My system wasn’t cooling. I gave they a call due to a referral from friend. The ladies on the phone were very sweet, understanding and responsive. They were able to get me schedule the same day. The techs, Andrew and Cody, came out, inspected my system and promptly identified the issue. They were able to get me back up and running in a couple of hours. So glad I called this company and will continue using them going forward. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Our builder chose Cornerstone. They installed a Lennox unit, which died within a month of moving in. Thus the reason for 4 stars. Our brand new house had window units to cool it all summer long as Cornerstone waited for parts for Lennox. Today, Marques and his crew were finally able to repair/replace our units. They were professional, upbeat and thorough. No more window units!!! Thank you!
I recently spent a lot of time researching local HVAC providers to find someone we felt would be reliable, professional, trustworthy and competent. After an exhaustive search I decided to call Cornerstone Comfort- they have excellent reviews, they are local, and they are small enough that I felt like we wouldn’t be just another customer. I am so glad I made that call! The ladies I spoke with were friendly and helpful, and they were able to schedule a timely appointment. In the time leading up to the visit, we were updated by text and phone, and Jason showed up on time and was very professional. He spent nearly 2 1/2 hours here, evaluating our system and locating and repairing the source of our problem. In addition to that, he also spent some extra time sealing our ductwork, which went above and beyond what he came out here for. They are a top notch company and we will definitely be calling them again for our HVAC needs!
