Gary and Michael came out on a days notice and we’re able to provide insightful information and help troubleshoot my air conditioning issues. They were both extremely personable and professional and I felt taken care of throughout the whole process.
I called on Friday and the technician was here on Saturday. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He was honest about the parts we needed and had our air back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Dilling and Josh.

His experience in his profession truly shows. This visit was a great experience, he did not pressure me with sales tactics and upgrades making me feel uncomfortable (hate that). This is my first experience with Dilling, and it was a great experience! Another HVAC company that I had been using for over 10 years and had a maintenance contract recommended that we replace a heatpump system that they installed only 8 years ago. Replacement costs were much higher than I expected, so I wanted to get a second opinion, and I'm glad I went with Dilling. The technician from Dilling, Daniel, found some things that the other HVAC company had done wrong and corrected the problems. Our system is now working properly. Daniel did recommend an overhaul kit due to the age of our heat pump, but did not recommend replacement as did the other company. The overhaul kit recommended by Daniel was far, far less expensive than a system replacement. After this experience, I promptly fired my old HVAC company, and hired Dilling!
Matt was extremely nice and worked hard to resolve our problem. I highly recommend their service. He was very professional and courteous.

Kellen Wilbanks came out to diagnose and repair our air-conditioning system. He was on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Less than 2 hours later everything was put back together, the area was cleaned up, and we were enjoying our nice cool home. Thank you Kellen!
Nick was great! Not only was he very professional, my little one was very curious and Nick was super patient with him, showing him his tools and how they worked. Great experience with Nick.
Matt W. was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining items we should consider with our heating and cooling systems. He proposed options we could pursue but did not feel like he was selling to us or pressuring us but, genuinely trying to help and give us good advice. We will definitely use them in the future.
Robert gave excellent service and not only did the work but also explained what went wrong and how he was fixing the problem. He was friendly, upbeat, and thorough! It was a joy having him here.
Eric and Zach did a fantastic job upgrading my smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors and upgraded my electrical system. Very polite and efficient technicians. I definitely recommend. Airforce also did a fantastic job installing a new water heater and kitchen faucet. He did an excellent and professional job.

We had Dilling HVAC out for a service quote request. Jordan Sanford provided many options and was patient. He never “sold” us anything. He approached us as partners and we contracted for new services. Jordan was what all sales representatives should be. The maintenance technicians were Steve Johnson and Gerry Norris. They repaired our upper system. Their work and attitude were exemplary. Very professional and respectful. I would recommend Dilling HVAC to everyone based on my experience with these 3 gentlemen. The next day the Dilling team return with Russ, Dakota, and Michael to install a whole new system. They worked without breaks, did clean and excellent work. The craftsmanship was some of the best work we’ve seen. I highly recommend the Dilling HVAC team without hesitation!!!!

Our HVAC system unexpectedly failed and we needed a whole new system installed. Dilling was able to come out the same day to thoroughly check the system and give us quotes / recommendations for various options. The new system was installed the next day. The whole team who helped us (Nick, Owen, and the installation team) was very professional, helpful, and hard working. They got the job done quickly and correctly the first time. We are so appreciative of their help and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and quality products.
Had an appointment set for this morning between 10-12, no one showed up or called. I called the office and was told my appointment was for 12-4. At 4:00 no one called or showed up so I called back. Was told the tech called me and I told him I needed to reschedule. I never got a phone call from anyone from Dilling’s. I was an AirWorks customer before the merger. This never happened with their company.
