We received a referral to Jimmy Jones when the HVAC at my Dad’s went out. They were always prompt and responsive, and pricing was above all others. Everyone was professional and courteous, and Trent in particular was so kind and respectful. They will be our new go-to for HVAC needs. It was nice to find a service that checked every box!
Very responsive on short notice. Makes weekend calls and does not try and oversell like the big chains.

Ive had my A/C go out in my Dads house as well as my own and I always use Jimmy Jones. They have great customer service, honest, professional & vigilant. We have used Jimmy’s business for several years now. They’ve always been respectful, honest, got the job done and done well. Never have they made a mess or left a mess. They explained the problem and explained what needed done, before fixing the problem. When I call or text, I always get a speedy reply. I stand behind Jimmy’s business. My wife found Jimmy through a friend. She is completely comfortable dealing with them when they come.
I can not say enough about how nice these people are. This is a small company not a Morris or ceo owned franchise so there were a couple delays. However if you want an honest local owned business that cares and not charge you 200% markups and go around, This is a go to company. I can't thank you enough for how well you did and worked with us on what we could afford. Jimmy did exactly what he said and his crew was very good quick and professional. I would recommend this company over any, I really like that the phone number listed goes directly to the owner Jimmy. He is very professional and relatable. Direct and decisive when explaining how to fix my concern.The same could be said about his employee Wayne. He was sent out on a second occasion for a separate concern. Quick and timely and very experienced by how fast he was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my unit.
These guys aren't going to get to your house in an hour but what they do arrive they're going to give you an honest quote and they're going to do quality work. They're also not going to try and sell you on something you don't need.

After months of back and forth messages via phone with Jimmy the owner he has yet to come and install new duct work after saying it’s been ordered for months and months!! Very bad customer service would steer clear of this company and if you do pray you don’t have any issues because he doesn’t stand behind his work!! Wish I could leave a 0 star review!!

Good fast service
Jimmy is a straight shooter. He came out and gave us an estimate on a full install which was $2500 lower than anyone else's estimate. His guys were working on it soon after I told him we were ready (within days). I ended up buying my own thermostat that I found on eBay (nest) and he installed that for us as well. I had forgotten that the original price he quoted me was for the install including the thermostat he was going to purchase for $100, and without prompting he brought it up and gave me that money on the spot. I would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone who is looking to get good work done at a great price, and wants to support a small business owner at the same time. It's a win for everyone.

Jimmy came out to quote me for a complete HVAC install and a new thermostat in my property. Price was very reasonable and decided to hire him to do the work. After he quoted me, his guys came out 2 days later to do the install that lasted just under 2 hours! I am satisfied with the work he’s done and his flexibility to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have any service done to your HVAC unit.
I do not normally give any reviews of businesses, either positive or negative, however, I just wanted to share with those that are reading this, that you can depend on Jimmy Jones to be treat you as you would want someone to treat you, Jimmy is honest and fair in his dealings with you as a customer.
I live in a rental property jimmy is contracted through. Was having issues with the system and he came right out and fixed the issue. Very nice guy and honest. Will definitely take down his info and take it with me to the next location i buy at.
