I recently bought a new home with an out the box HVAC unit. When I moved in, the system was not turning on. I was told by seller that enviro air installed the unit. I decided to call them. They sent 3 guys the following morning at 9am and fixed the electrical issue under an hour and what's best is I didn't have to pay anything. They told me I was still under warranty from previous owner installation. I really value their honesty, hard work and punctuality. I will definitely schedule all future maintenance with enviroair.
I cannot thank Ryan and his team enough. They came the way out to Bahama, NC and spent hours diagnosing a very poorly done install by another contractor. They were very responsive the whole time in regards to scheduling, and did absolutely everything possible to make it work, and when out of options, found a solution that worked even better!! Really can't recommend them enough, you won't go wrong working with them. Edit 4/13/2023: I have now worked with Enviro Air on a complete replacement of my system and they were wonderful throughout the process, and did absolutely amazing work for a fair price. I could not be more pleased with the new system, and am always pleased with how wonderful Ryan and team are to work with!
I have heard the owner state how he forgot to turn the gas back on after doing maintenance, and still charges them the fee for turning it back on. He employees a felon off the books. The owner is a complete crook and would sell out his mother for a dollar. 10/10 would not recommend
I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his company, Enviro Air. They hands down blew everyone else's quote out of the water. They were quick to get us on the schedule, gave us a time and were prompt. None of that, "We'll be there sometime between 9am and 3pm," where you end up spending all day waiting on someone who usually ends up being late. The techs are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We have used other HVAC companies in the past but are so glad to have found Enviro Air. We won't use anyone else from now on. Thanks Ryan and crew!
Ryan and his team were wonderful to work with as we determined the several needs for our home. Our AC had been declining and they were very responsive in helping our AC unit work till we could get our new AC installed. At the time of our AC installation we also had a split unit installed in our garage and an exhaust fan installed in our master bathroom. Between all the projects, the team kept us updated on how the projects were going and took the time to talk through how to best care for our units. We will need to replace our second unit for the upstairs in the near future and we will be using Enviro Air again! The team was knowledgable, thorough, and were very conscientious with our home as they did these several projects. I relied on his team and felt confident of our decision to work with Enviro Air.
They are simply the Best. I use Enviro Air for All of my rental properties and my personal residence. I would not use anyone else! Tremendous Value!
Enviro Air has saved the day more than once in the dead of the summer heat. In 2016 my AC died literally weeks after purchasing my home. Ryan and his team quickly installed a new system. Last weekend, the unit kept turning off. Having just had the maintenance performed, Chad came out late at night and crawled under my house to see what was the issue. Turns out my drain line was clogged. So grateful he lived so close to me and for the fast response, customer loyalty, and fair prices!

Not only did they respond quickly, the technician came out after hours, and worked in the pouring rain. He took the time to explain what the issue was in a way that I could understand so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. Professional and responsive. Highly recommend!
I got in touch with Ryan when my tenants complained about a problem with the HVAC in our rented property in Holly Springs. Ryan was super responsive and we had a great communication. He showed up on time, identified the source of the problem and fixed it on the spot. The service was quick, reliable and very efficient. I definitely recommend using this company if you want good professional results.
We have used Enviro Air multiple times to clean ducts, replace our old ducts and install a new thermostat in our attic space. They did excellent work and were very professional. Would recommend them 10/10.
These people are legit. They answered the phone on the first call with professionalism. They arrived and promised to send an estimate after checking their numbers. I asked for a small discount according to my research and asked about their evaluation that I needed a new electric box. They took 50% payment and began the job on time. The workers were pleasant and even kind. There was a small connection problem and after a text to inquire, they were back in 3 hours to fix the issue. The repair professional was very kind and seemed to want to make sure he double-checked our satisfaction before leaving. My kids were playing in the front yard and they were cautious and respectful as they were leaving. Overall, I would recommend them 100% especially over the 'Rescue Rooter'or however you spell it. Those people were a joke. Thank you guys!
They came to fix issues with unit. My Property Manger called them but they came to fix problem & I am grateful they came to fix it. Thank you.
Enviro Air was used for an inspection of the system at the house we are trying to buy. They are professional, and diligent. Will use them again.
Ryan and his crew of pros are easily the best hvac company I’ve worked with in the Triangle. Throughout the process of putting in a new dual zone system for a new floor renovation, he was a phone call away and resolved minor problems within hours. They really put the customer first and care about the outcome of projects. Can’t say enough given how hard it is to find reliable home professionals these days.
A big shout out to Enviro Air who assisted with my AC. The team was very courteous and addressed all my concerns. The installation was quick and they arrived at the scheduled time. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team for all your HVAC needs.
Our air conditioning went out over the weekend, and it is incredibly hot here in the Triangle. We are just at the start of summer and it’s only going to get worse from here. I sent a text on Sunday night and got a response within minutes. The technicians called and came out the very next day and were able to fix the problem in under an hour! The price was extremely reasonable and the techs were both courteous and professional. If I ever have any HVAC issues going forward I will absolutely call them again!

HVAC unit replacement. After struggling with home warranty company for almost two months December and January to get unit replaced since it couldn't be repaired I contacted Environ Air. Within a week's time unit was ordered and installed. They understood the need for heat in winter and responded quickly professionally and to our satisfaction. Cost was comparable also. Thank you Environ Air.
I usually have them do my annual maintenance checks. This year I had a heat pump need repair in Jan and then a second part go in Feb. I had a 12 year old and 16 year old heat pump and eventually got them both replaced in March. They did a great job. Walls and floors were clean and unmarred when they were done (and one of those systems had to be carried upstairs and then into the attic) and everything was picked up and carried away when they were done (so I did not need to pick up pieces or trash nor did I have to worry about broken shrubs). It is nice to have reliable heat! Plus everyone involved was friendly and responsive to all my questions and concerns.
