TRG is the best repair company around. We've had 3 different issues at our house and each time they arrived on time, were 100% professional, and fixed the issue on the 1st try. I signed into a 2nd gmail account just so I can leave a 2nd review for them. 10 out of 5 stars.
I have bought 2 units from these guys, always fantastic work done the right way. Professional and ontime with great pricing as well, just do yourself a favor and go with them.
Brandon and his crew have helped me over the past several years with three different houses. The quality and service are always excellent. I will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.
We lost everything during COVID. We had a chain of restaurants that closed. COVID killed our headquarters leased from Farmah imperial corners. We paid him close to 250,000 in rent for two years trying to reopen. He did not give rent abatement. He hurt us. We paid our rent and closed our shop. Few people came back to work in Rtp for the last 3 years. We took everything we had in 401k and Home equity and purchased a place across the street. We built our new restaurant ourselves. The new carrier 7 Ton package a/c heat unit was not running correctly, and we are limited financially, so we tried to diagnose the problem ourselves to no luck. I googled hvac repair Durham. Everybody we spoke to wanted a 200 trip charge plus a diagnosing fee. This beautiful company FaceTimed me, and walked me through flipping my 3 phase wires to get the compressor running in the right direction. No charge. Kind is the least I can say about this outfit. Classy as well. Thank you for helping us get back on our feet and open our new restaurant, get back to making a living.
Triangle Repair Group is prompt, knowledgeable, and so helpful when there is an HVAC problem. Brandon assisted us when our air went out in the middle of summer. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. He also came to our house when the heat went out in winter. Brandon is our go-to person when we have an HVAC issue because he explains the problem thoroughly and honestly.
Kenny is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. We so appreciated his time and willingness to answer questions. Will certainly call him again!

Our house was not heating for multiple days during the beginning of the cold weather rolling in. The maintenance team from our rental company was unable to fix the issues, in which they then consulted Triangle Repair Group. Mary Beth from Triangle Repair made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way and was so responsive with text and calls. The crew was able to diagnose the issue and fix everything and have our heating running in less than 2 days! Thank you so much!!
These guys are at the top of their game! The entire team excels at all levels. Kenny's knowledge base has that rare quality of being deep and broad. He can delve into any pesky problem, and also has absolute command of the entire HVAC trade.
This local company is one of the finest around. Technicians are professional, courteous, helpful, and most importantly - KNOWLEDGEABLE! Their many years of experience show through in jobs large and small. Kenny was particularly supportive, ensuring that I knew both what was currently happening with my repair, and how to perform further routine maintenance. TRG gets my highest recommendation!
Our heat went out just as my wife was going into labor and outside temps are dropping. Not fun! Fortunately, I found Triangle Repair Group who did an amazing job! Kenny in particular was incredibly professional, competent, and responsive!! He did a fantastic job fixing a bad motor and was very honest and thorough. I highly recommend Triangle Repair Group and will be using them again.
I wanted to give TRG Heating & Cooling from Garner, NC 10* but I am limited to 5*. Kenny came out and in about 1-2 hours fixed our air conditioning that has not been working since May 4. Yes May 4th. I have a 2 stage high efficiency 18 seer Trane Heat pump. I was going though a home warranty company and TRG was the 6th contractor they sent. Several did nothing. One replaced the coils. Another replaced a EEV valve on the air handler. But the unit still did not work. One said the new coils were leaking, another said the EEV was leaking. Both of these companies said it had no refrigerant. Finally the warranty had TRG come out. Kenny came out as promised and in about an hour or two had the air conditioning working. In fact there was no leak and there was too much refrigerant so he removed some. He had to put in some vent guards that had been left off when the coils were replaced. He also fixed some wiring and settings that had not been done properly when the unit was installed years ago. It was a miracle. They will be the only air conditioning company I ever use. And to top it off MaryBeth – the office manager – is a delight. What more could you want. Nice, prompt and the best heating & air conditioning technician I've ever found.
If you need HVAC work done, hire these guys! They were timely, efficient, very polite and considerate of the work that needed to be done in my home. They cleaned up after the work they did and made sure to communicate to me each step of the way. 5 stars! You won’t regret hiring them for your HVAC needs.
My HVAC went out and I called TRG on a Sunday night (Specifically Brandon- who also installed the HVAC) and he had Kenny come out first thing the next morning. Turned out to be an electrical issue, but Kenny was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. TRG service is unmatched and I will continue to use them for all HVAC needs. I highly recommended the Triangle Repair Group!

TRG absolutely gets 5 stars! My AC went out and it was 90 degrees in my house and they truly saved the day. Mary Beth in the office fought with me and for me when it came to my insurance claim. Kenny was so pleasant and professional. In a time when you are the most vulnerable they made a difficult situation much easier. I can’t recommend them enough for all of your HVAC repairs
Brandon and the team at Triangle repair group are top notch! They have saved us not once, but three time in the last few weeks! First our old A.C. unit went out. They were quick to come out and diagnose. They also beat another company's price for a total replacement, by far. Then, we had issues with our other unit in two occasions within one week. Brandon was quick to help us fix the unit, without having to replace the whole system. We truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism in all thay they do! Call these guys! You will be very pleased.
Brandon was awesome. He knew within minutes what the issues were. Where other companies have come and gone with no success. He has come twice, both times able to do the work no problem successfully. From now on Triangle Repair Group will be the only company for my ac/heating needs.
TRG is the best there is in the area by far. Our AC went out and they were there on the busiest day (hottest day too) of the year within 24 hours. Their technicians were able to identify the issue and get it resolved and even came back to swap out a bad thermostat a few days later no questions asked. Super friendly and professional, I WILL be recommending them to literally everyone I know in NC that needs HVAC work.
Brandon at Triangle Repair Group installed my home HVAC system and a Mini-Split heat pump for a basement apartment. Both experiences were without issue and were performed with professionalism and expertise. They ALWAYS respond within a couple of hours and have been very responsive. Last summer Brandon walked me through fixing my own HVAC system when I explained the symptoms - saving me the wait and expense of a service call! As he suspected, it was the drain water level switch which I was able to fix myself in 5 minutes.
