Extremely happy with the service provided by Home Comfort Systems. Mr. Doyle was on time, extremely professional, down to earth and took time to explain and breakdown exactly what the problem was with our HVAC. I appreciated his straightforward demeanor, didn’t put any pressure on purchasing a maintenance plan and left a great impression on our household. Because of that, I went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan feeling that level of reassurance if something does go wrong we‘ll he taken care of.
I woke up at 0300 and it was 81 degrees in the house. Couldn’t self diagnose at 0315 and had to get to work. I called them just after 0800 and they were able to get me taken care of by 1400 hours. Phone call was pleasant and professional. The technician Jonathan T. was very professional and was willing to explain anything I had questions about and he even pointed out a busted water line to my backyard hose that I never use, luckily it only leaks when turned on. Great job Jonathan!! Thank you for getting to me on a hot day and the day before July 4th. Very much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so pleased I signed up for the maintenance plan:-)
We are very happy with the level of service we received from Home Comfort Systems. Our situation was complex, and the recognitions worked diligently to not only help get our system back up and running but also to make sure we didn’t spend more than we had to. Will be using HCS again in the future.
Dustin did a great job taking care of my broken capacitor. Was able to come out same day and correct the issue for a reasonable price. Will be continuing to use his services!!

Dustin Doyle came to my house and provided an estimate for a new HVAC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable of HVAC systems and provided extensive details about the available products. Unfortunately, we went with a different vendor, but would look forward to working with Dustin again in the future.
Dustin was great. Heat pump stopped cooling, and I called them out. refrigerant was empty. Dustin was more than happy to get it up and running again, but there was obviously a leak and who knew how long it would last. He laid out what it would cost to add refrigerant, find the leak, and troubleshoot any other issues. It is a 20-30+ year old unit so I felt it was well beyond its operating life and on borrowed time. I will end up getting a new unit, but at no point felt pressured to do so. Dustin wanted to do what he could to add value and reduce the price where possible. He was great to work with.

We are extremely satisfied and happy with our new ac and furnace installation. Dustin was very respectful, fair, and professional. Covering floor areas and feet to care for our house as well as closing doors behind them as they went back and forth working. Price matched this company with 4 others and price was very fair and well worth the value of the new system. Job completed ahead of schedule and done right. They replaced my entire system in one day. So kind, polite and professional! Pricing was very reasonable at a time when nothing is priced reasonable. I’m very glad I chose them. I had 4 companies give me a bid and picked the company that made me feel comfortable about such a large expense.

Dustin had to do a lot of troubleshooting for our system, it was a flaky / inconsistent problem. The issue turned out to be with the motherboard on the HVAC unit. He had to replace the board, after that the system started working normally. He had to spend a lot of time to find the solution and stuck with it to get it fixed the same day.
