Modern Mechanical installed out new system and it has been outstanding. Recently however a strange issue popped up. I called and they sent a technician the same day. The issue turned out to be a broken control wire where the old system tied into the new. For those that do not know, wires can break at any time since are are subject to expansion and contraction and with the temperature swings that we have experienced lately, I was not surprised. The wired originally installed when the house was built in 1995 is what broke, and yes my friends, it broke under the house in the crawl space. Great work by the technician. Cannot say enough about what a quality company this is to do business with.
I tried two other companies but they could only put me on a waiting list. Our ac had stopped working and we needed someone to fix it right away. Heather was so friendly and genuinely wanted to help us. She sent a tech out later the same day and called us to let us know he was on his way out. Dallas was professional, put boots on in the house, and explained what he was doing and how he fixed the problem. I was disappointed to have a charge to come out besides the labor but other companies do that too! I was pleased with the service.

Unfortunately I dont know the technicians name, I am currently in Las Vegas, but Modern Mechanical came through for my mother who is on oxygen and struggles daily. Her AC went out today and she was have extreme difficulty getting through the day but Modern Mechanical came out troubleshot, diagnosed and fixed her AC and found every opportunity to not charge her an arm and leg. I cant thank you enough for taking care of her and ensuring that the heat wouldnt be something she would need to struggle with today. This is a company that truly stands out amongst the rest, thank you for a job well done!
Technicians are always kind, helpful and informative. I’m never pushed to add a service or unnecessary testing. The office staff is prompt and gets you in as quickly as possible. Yearly maintenance calls are made to me for scheduling before my calendar reminders even ping me. Just great service all around. Prime example: I called yesterday morning to schedule a leak test on my unit and they got me in the same day. Highly recommend.

Modern Mechanical installed our new system several years ago. They did a great job, and still do our seasonal maintenance. Each time we’ve called them, they respond promptly. And correctly diagnose and fix the problem. Today, we had a minor problem and the technician (Dallas) was very polite, professional, and promptly found and fixed the problem. We were very impressed by him. While he was at it, he went ahead and checked out the rest of the system to ensure there was no other problems, gave us some good advice on the unit and even installed the underfloor filter that we had purchased on our own. Other companies could take lessons from them.
MM is a great professional company. Peter was very efficient and thorough. They are my favorite kind of company to do business with.
